I'll set my mug down, start on something else, and soon my tea is ice cold. Yuck. I've got ADHD so this isn't just a tea thing; I'll often get distracted and forget about other mundane things as well. This mug, however, makes that a thing of the past (at least the tea part). Being able to set a temperature and a tea timer with pre-programmed temps and times for certain teas is amazing and is honestly one of the greatest inventions mankind has ever conceived. I just wish I could find the travel mug.

I love it and it works great. I recommend this to other shoppers. Unfortunately, after only two weeks of enjoying the Ember Smart Mug, I accidentally put it in the microwave. This was what I did for years to warm up my coffee. I did it without thinking...Duh! I realized what I had done, but it was too late. I destroyed the mug.

She always has to chug her coffee before it gets too cold and she has been loving it! She accidentally forgot it was heated up and after an hour she took a sip ad burned her tongue the mug worked so well. Def recommend for hot coffee even hours after you pour the first cup

Not hot enough for my palette. I’d imagine it’s avoiding some litigation? And be prepared to keep the mug on its stand as the battery dies quickly, probably due to the fact that I have the highest temp selected. Still I no longer have to microwave my coffee to warm it up. If it went several degrees hotter, 4 stars. Would still recommend despite the shortcomings

At the moment, our max set temp is 145°F and more battery will be used to maintain this higher set temp, but we can certainly share this with our team as we continue to improve!
