Purchased this for my 93 year old grandmother who always complains of having to reheat her coffee and tea. After the initial set up help with temperature settings and showing her who to wash and charge the cup she has really enjoyed it and used the cup daily. The only thing negative we would have to say about the cup is the slightly heavy weight. Otherwise an awesome product!

I bought this as a gift for my mom on mother's day. She's a big coffee drinker and I thought she would like to have something that keeps her coffee warm. The included saucer is a plugged in charger that will charge the cup each time you set it down. She likes it a lot.

It keeps my coffee at a nice temperature but only holds about 6 ounces. Also if you take your time to drink it (which I do and is why I needed something to keep it hot) it gets a weird film on top, almost like it’s curdled. Not a huge fan, feel better off using my yeti.

Easy to use. App is simple to set up and use as well. Keep the coffee perfectly warm for hours.

A little pricey but beautiful and elegant. Never worry about reheating your tea or coffee again

It’s a Very Small cup. I Recommend the larger cup, although its expensive for only a few oz.

This was a gift for my mother in law and absolutely love it so much, she said it was the best Christmas gift ever which I agree because I use it when she isn’t home and I love it, I hope I win the $400 so I can buy one for me

My wife loves this mug. She likes to relax and read while she sips coffee and this keeps her coffee or tea warm for a good hour or so she can enjoy reading and a hot drink. Your ideal temp is easy to set via the app.

I bought 2 of these mugs, 1 for my wife and one for my mother (I don't drink coffee. Both have indicated that they love them. They do require you to get the phone app both that was easy. I battery life is only rated at 1.5 hours but I understand that Ember has come out with a new model with a longer batter life. (I use it to keep my hot chocolate warm as I drink it!!)

This mug is perfect for people who like to take their time and enjoy their coffee, but hate Luke warm/cold coffee. This is especially nice to have for long periods of studying. I would recommend the larger size though, and think it would be well worth the price ( 10 oz just isn't enough in one sitting). Also, the off base battery life is shorter than expected, but sufficient. The app is super easy.

It works great. Battery only hold for 1 hr. But on the charging port. It stay hot. Awesome app

Absolutely the perfect mug the most avid coffee enjoyers and the occasional drinkers! It keeps my coffee warm all morning long at the temperature it came out of the pot. Cannot recommend enough

In terms of quality I have no issues with it at all. If you only drink one cup a day and have a lot of room on your counter to charge it every day and you want a mug that will keep your coffee hot this mug is for you

Count me responsible for 8 happy sippers. Bought this for my daughter and her WFH office. She had 2 friends that wanted to details. All were happy, so I gave 4 of my employees this for the holidays. My daughter then got me one for my home office. There as infectious as Omicron, but everyone likes it. Way more useful than you might initially think. WFH, travel, camping.

Gift for my mother a couple years ago, she loves it. She used to complain about waking up and having her coffee, and never finishing it because it got cold while she got ready. This literally takes care of that issue. She isn’t the most tech savvy, but she uses the app just fine.

Great product. Don’t need anymore disposable cups, even better I don’t need to rush to drink my coffee! I can relax and enjoy my warm cup of coffee every sip of the way!

This was purchased as a gift for my son’s Dad, who is not easy to buy gifts. This mug completely won him over. He loves it! Sends our son pics of the app telling him his coffee has reached the desired temperature. There will be no end to his diva mentality now…no other mug will suffice. It’s easy to work with as long as you can follow directions! Hand wash only.
