I bought the Ember Smart Mug for my wife for her birthday. The ember smart mug keeps her tea at the perfect temperature for about two hours when not sitting on its base. If it sits on the base it keeps it at the right temperature indefinitely. She's enjoying the mug.

Bought this for my husband to keep in his home office, he loves that it keeps his coffee hot and that he can set desired temperature. Washing is a bit tedious as I don’t like to get the base of mug wet, but otherwise awesome purchase.

Easy to use after charging , Good look and easy to wash

I must say I took a chance on this mug and I am happy that I did. I like the thinnest of the mug, its not very heavy, and it really keep the fuid hot for awhile. It does stain easily, but that doesn’t bother me much.

I bought this for my Wife and she loves it. She uses it everyday. She said it keeps her coffee warm for hours.

This works really good! Heats up pretty quickly and keeps my drinks at a personalized temperature.

Love this cup, keeps hot beverages the perfect hot temperature, would of gave a 5 star review, except I suggest buying the black color not the white, it starts to discolor inside if you use it a lot for coffee and tea

The battery tends to not last very long. I would like it even more if there was a percentage on how long the battery has left and what the temperature is on the cup.

I am a coffee drinker and take my time with each cup. Love this product that will keep each cup hot. Just need to to keep the Bluetooth on smartphone on so I can set temperature and will get a notification when when reached

This is a perfect heating mug. After helping my mom install the app on her phone/ipad she never has a cold cup of tea again.

After less than two months of ownership, the copper finish is coming off on the inside. This is NOT dried up coffee it is actually the finish slowly coming off. I use it on average 5 out of 7 days per week and clean it with a sponge. I am now drinking copper infused coffee. Eawww. I am past the return policy but I plan on getting reimbursed or given another mug in a finish that won't come off.

I gifted this mug to my parents. They enjoy it. It was a bit smaller than expected but it does the job.

My Wife now wants all her coffee mugs to keep their temperature like this mug can. I really wish it could be dishwasher safe, but it's a small sacrifice for the luxury of having perfect temp coffee for hours at a time.

The fit and finish of the copper Ember coffee cup is first rate! This cup connected to my phone easily and keeps temperature well. I got it for my cabin so I can have warm coffee at the campfire. I am happy with this cup.

We bought this cup, due to the certificate I had. But, it turn out to be such a great buy. My wife uses it daily n it’s dishwash safe. Now, I see lots of ads about this product and I’m glad we were one of this first to get it.

Easy to use and works well. The only complaint is that the battery doesn't last long and it's doesn't keep your drink warm while charging.

This item performs as advertised, but there are significant drawbacks for me. The instructions say not to put it in a microwave. I use refrigerated creamer, which I typically warm in the microwave in the coffee mug. With the Ember i have to use two cups. I also find, like most coffee mugs, that it is best to warm the cup with hot water before using it. This product is not worth the cost.
