Buyer Beware: Stops working; Warranty not honored.

Ember customer service makes you provide multiple pictures, videos, etc. Once provided they then claim it is out of warranty. Two attempts and I was given 2 different reasons for not accepting the return and then a $20 coupon for a new mug. I have friends that have had a similar experience. Buyer beware. I would give one star, but it did what it should do (keep beverages warm) until it stopped working.

Poor customer service

Within 3 weeks of use the charging coaster would not charge. Customer Service is extremely poor. Emails failed to resolve the problem. It is hard to find a phone number to call. In addition, the battery does not last long off the coaster.
