My wife loves this. She always takes forever to drink her coffee or tea so I got her this so it never gets cold or lets her beverage go to waste.

Works really great to keep my coffee at exactly the temperature I want it. My one complaint is the battery life, as someone who can take longer to drink my coffee (i.e. why I wanted the mug), I have to be able to set it on the charger while I'm drinking it for it not to die before I'm finished.

Decent cup. Works as advertised. Battery depletes fast when in use however.

It's a completely unnecessary product and far more expensive than it's worth, but still, I use it every day and love it. It takes me a while to get through my daily hot beverage and either poured out the last bit or just took a big swig to finish off the cold remains...but with this my drink stays the exact temperature I want down to the last drop. The 14oz is a little inconsistent in the temperature sometimes...the bottom of the cup can have the liquid a higher temperature than the top depending on how long your drink has been sitting. It's a big mug and exposure at the top since it isn't sealed seems right.

I really like the cup. However, unless you purchase the lid that goes with it, you’re gonna constantly have a film on top of your coffee. Also, the cup doesn’t stay fully charged even when on the charger maybe 80%. but most importantly, it keeps my coffee, hot all day.

I love Ember mugs, especially the blue color! It keeps my coffee warm down to the last drop. I love that I can set the temperature to the level that I like. I definitely do not regret my purchase. Also, I was very impressed with how fast Best Buy delivered - next day!

The bigger size is the way to go. Keeps your coffee warm and easy to use.

Was surprised that I drink less coffee. No dumping cold coffee anymore. A little $$$ but still pleasantly pleased

Nice size. Attractive. Works well. But it is yet another electronic and luxury device. It requires careful cleaning and handling (no dishwasher, avoid getting bottom wet), and electricity. It is not for everyone. There are other ways to prevent cold coffee. That said, I use it every day.

Love the blue color, the matte finish and the larger 14 oz size. Keeps my morning coffee perfectly hot which is the only way I like to drink it.

This mug keeps my coffee warm and easy to wash. Highly recommend purchasing the larger sized cup.

Love this cup! However, I had to purchase an additional charger to keep at work. The battery life is ok if you are a 1-2 cup coffee drinker. Which I am, before I even get on the road to work but by the time I get to work my coffee is cold. After I purchased the additional charger, I would say this cup is a game changer.

I really wanted to like this mug and it's possible I got a defective one but after only 4 charges, it was not charging properly. One of the small pins on the base of the charger was not working properly. No water was ever near it, so it was a bummer for sure. I ended up getting a mug from another company and it's been great.

Highly recommend. Got it for my mom for Christmas, she uses it every day at work and said her drinks are hot consistently throughout the day!!!!

This cup not only looks great but keeps my coffee hot for a long time. Then charge it back up on the magic saucer after washing. A bit pricey but I noticed lower prices for the season.

The Ember Mug is Easy to set up and program, keeps you hot beverage at whatever temp you set. Will last for 2.5 hours without charge. Need to electric for base to charge mug.

Perfect size and keeps my coffee hot while im in meetings.
