I really wanted to like this mug and it's possible I got a defective one but after only 4 charges, it was not charging properly. One of the small pins on the base of the charger was not working properly. No water was ever near it, so it was a bummer for sure. I ended up getting a mug from another company and it's been great.

Bought as gift for wife and I’ve heard nothing but great things about this product. She loves the fact she can control the temp from the palm of her hand and don’t have to worry about other means to keep it warm.

This is my second ember. I found the smaller size a bit too small since I use milk. I still use it while the bigger one is charging. I am very happy that my coffee stays hot while I do housework or am on the computer. Saves me multiple trips to the microwave and the Ember coffee flavor doesn't degrade as it might with the microwave.

Just a good overall cup, keeps my coffee hot and fresh for hours! This is my 3 product from this company.

Finally, my husband can enjoy his coffee at the perfectly desired temperature! He’s been looking for the cup that keeps his coffee hot with little success until EMBER came into his life. A game changer indeed!

So from the standpoint of keeping my coffee hot this is an awesome mug and I love it. The downside is buying it in white…there is no way to keep it sparkling white but it’s great and I use it nearly every day. It’s also a little pricey…find it on sale if you can.

Great concept! But if you have a few sips of coffee left in the cup, it does tend to taste burnt, and it creates a strange film at the top of the liquid. BUT - If you have the mug more than 1/2 full and leave for 20 mins or so, the beverage does stay nice and hot when you get back...

Valentines Day gift and absolutely love it! I generally pour a cup of coffee at the beginning of a call and sip throughout. The problem is that it is always cold by the end of the call. This keeps it warm all day on the saucer and if I am away in a separate room, up to 1.5 hours off the saucer. Perfect for the busy executive schedule.

Best thing ever for a coffee drinker! I like the Ember mug so much that after buying this one, I bought another to keep at my desk at work. Prevents me from tossing out my coffee after it gets cold on me.

I bought the cup for my wife as a gift, and she loves it. She poured room temperature coffee into the cup and it heated right up to her desired temperature. Keeps hot coffee warm and has adequate battery life.

This mug functions beautifully, when it stays connected to my wife's phone. Occasionally, perhaps when it updates, it creates a problem to reconnect to her phone. It still works, but not fully functional until I can get it reconnected.

This is the best coffee mug ever invented. It’s keep my coffee at an optimal temperature for 30-45 minutes which is more than enough to drink a nice cup of coffee or even have two. One of the best investments my wife has made for me our entire marriage

My first purchase was 2 years ago. My other half loves it so much I bought another for our friend and office.

I thought this was going to be a pointless expense, but I love it since the first cup of coffee… I’m always easily distracted and by the time I want to finish my cup of coffee before, it was very cold… not with the ember, I gasp and smile, there it was, my cup of coffee, at the perfect temperature and totally worth it.

I got this for my wife for Christmas and she can't get enough of it - she uses it for almost everything and it keeps drinks hot or warm for indefinite periods of time, so when you're running around in the morning you don't have to worry about your coffee going room temperature.

No more sipping cold coffee or tea. This is the perfect size for those who use a Keurig to make their coffee, there is enough room left in the mug to add creamer if prefered.

My wife can’t say enough about how much she likes this cup. With two small boys, her tea and mine would be cold by the time we got back to it after addressing the need of the moment. Not anymore. We take care of the kids and the tea/coffee is still at the right temperature.
