This mug is exactly what I needed for work. I love coffee, but when I get busy at work it always goes cold. This mug keeps my coffee at a perfect temperature all morning.

I love it so much I purchased a 2nd one a week later. Just so convenient not having to heat up my coffee with me being a slow sipper. All my other mugs are obsolete now.

Wife loves it. But it's mainly for if you drink your coffee just black with sugar. We have learned that if you have cream or half/half, it will basically cook and you will have a skim on top. Great though. Would personally get the Ember2 so you could set your own temp. This holds true and keeps it hot for around 80min.

As with many smart devices, I think the mug performs its function very well but the app needs a bit of work. I appreciate the features offered by the app (multiple temperature settings, etc.), but it consistently becomes disconnected from my phone when the app "forgets" the mug's configuration. When this happens I have to press and hold the bottom button to enter bluetooth pairing mode, which is made more frustrating when the mug has already been filled with coffee. Additionally, the app has been prompting me to complete a firmware update, but stalls out near the tail end of the install and never completes. Maybe if we could complete the firmware update then the disconnection bug would be resolved, but I guess we'll never know.

I like that it keeps the liquid warm for a long time at the temperature of my choosing. It unfortunately has connectivity issues and the app needs to be reloaded to connect.

Great mug. Works to keep coffee at 135 deg or your preference. Before I had to run to the microwave multiple times to keep my coffee hot. I like to slowly enjoy my coffee. Since Starbucks will not allow thermal mugs anymore, this replaces that and better. Enjoy your coffee 100%

I bought this item for my wife. She absolutely loves it. She loves the shape of the cup and the fact it's not heavy considering the technology. Her favorite function is that she can control the temperature from her phone app.

Keeps coffee the perfect temp for hours! Can select the ideal temp you like and remains that way for hours. Also has a customizable led light in the event you have more than one mug.

Works just as great as advertised. Getting busy in the morning and still having hot coffee throughout the morning is really amazing. It’s not a big deal to make sure it’s charged every day, totally worth it.

I LOVE my Ember mug, but this is the second one i have purchased and it has already lost battery power in less than a year and 2 months. I am 2 months out of warranty on this one. So $150 is a steep price for a mug that only works for 1 year.

My wife loves her cup, this is the second one that i have bought from Best Buy. She accidentally microwaved the first one (I strongly recommend you don't do this - lol). But the cups work great and the store was helpful.

I need to start by saying I love these mugs. I love having steaming hot coffee from beginning to end. That being said they have one major caveat. These things break apart inside and they don’t last long. The bottom flakes off. Always stirring the coffee in a different mug before putting it in here and rinsing right away doesn’t seem to help. They make a stainless steel tumbler that’s a thousand times better. We’ve switch to those and have had no issues.

Whoever invented the Ember mug is a genius! It has changed my coffee-drinking life, because I love my coffee hot! This product is not a luxury for me, it's a necessity!!! The only drawback is that it is not dishwasher-proof. You also can't put in a microwave, but you don't need to because it keeps your coffee so hot.

Got it for my mom for her birthday and it's amazing. I love coffee and use this one more than my Stanley now because it stays hotter

Ember mug works great & keeps liquid desired temperature. but occasionally mug doesn’t connect to phone/app. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4. I believe it is a app or technology update issue however.

I love the Ember mugs. It keeps your coffee hot and you can control the temperature from your phone. The only problem I've had with it is that it sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth ...and can take more than one step to reconnect. Other than that; it's a great mug!

Bought this as a gift for Christmas for a family member and they love it. Worth every penny. Having a desk job, they said they get busy and forget to drink their coffee quick enough to keep it warm and fresh. This allows them to enjoy that wonderful cup of coffee for longer
