Two full years of being a dad and I can finally have a hot coffee. Buy one for home and one for work.

I bought for my college age daughter for Xmas. She drinks tea most days and is always up reheating. She loves this and says it works perfectly!

I love the active heating feature, but expect it to last a year before the battery experiences issues. The Bluetooth connection also isn't entirely reliable, unfortunately.

I bought my husband and Amber mug couple years ago. It was only a 10 ounce mug. No I upgraded. he loves it. No more microwaving reheated coffee.

Great while not worked but stopped charging after a little over a month. One of the charging pins is now recessed and doesn't contact the mug. Reached out to Ember, but their support is terrible. It has been nearly two weeks and I haven't received a response. Now I am afraid that the battery will be damaged from sitting in a discharged state for too long.

Love this mug and it does what it is supposed to. Just wish they had it in a larger size, my coffee disappears before I have a chance to really test the mugs heat consistency. It is really pricey though.

I had the smaller size, but it was too small. So, i got this bigger size. Love how seamlessly it syncs with my phone and its a perfect size.

I got this for the reason it was made, to keep my coffee warm or hot...or to reheat it when I forget to turn it on. It should be closer to $50 though as its just a cup that keeps things hot. MY FAVORITE USE IS MAKING GREEN TEA WITH IT!

I really enjoy my new 14-ounce Ember Smart Mug2. I had an initial issue with the coaster (mostly user error) that was resolved quickly by the Ember support folks. You don't think you need this, but once you get it, you won't know how you got along without it... Highly recommended!

Got this for my mom and she loves it. She is a hot coffee drinker and she can nurse one cup of coffee for hours. This keeps her coffee warm all day. I bought this when it was on sale but I’d probably buy it at full price. I recommend this product. The app is pretty user friendly. My mom is in her 70s and has no problem using the app.

I purchased for my wife as a Christmas gift...she loves th tech stuff. Was a big hit! Loved the ability to set colors on the LED, as much as how well it keeps her drinks hot. She's still talking about it!

I really like this cup! It definitely keeps my coffee hot and at the temperature that I set. The only downfall is that I with it was bigger, I set my K-Cup at 12 oz and it fills it almost to the rim. I don’t know how they claim that it is a 14 oz cup.

Love it so much, especially on these cold winter days!

Excellent product. Allows setting of custom temperature which holds for over an hour when off the charging coaster. I am going to buy another one.

It’s amazing it keeps my coffee warm when not on charging plate and does the trick just walking around can sip on nice warm cup of joe all day

It works but needs a charge constantly. Therefore i think its overpriced.

It does exactly what it says. It keeps beverages hot for an hour or 2 after it is off the charger.

The Ember mug works well and I am very excited to have it. The only con is that I feel like you can't really turn it off, you just have to let it die (which doesn't take long).
