This is my second Ember mug from Best Buy. I got the Travel Mug2 first. And love it. The support from Ember is amazing should you need it. I had a bad lid thta they replaced for free. Just had to call them. This cup I just bought is for use while at home. I cannot emphasis enough how nice it is to have a quality product like this to help me enjoy my morning joe. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. thanks best buy and thanks ember.

Bought two sets for gifts because we love ours. Keeps beverages exactly the temp you want. Put your coffee cup aside and come back and want hot coffee, no problem with this mug

Great cup and so Great to have a hot cup of tea until the cup is finished! We like our tea hot, only exception is Iced Tea so we are Really Enjoying this mug, great idea and hope it lasts a Really long time. Actually considering getting another!!

I like the mug, it is stylish, but the max temperature this mug can hold is less than I would like, I would like to keep drinks a bit hatter than this. Pricy for a mug but I guess you want to control it over Bluetooth, you gotta pay the price for it.

I have a habit of making coffee and forgetting to drink it since i am on a lot of calls for work in the morning. It goes cold very quickly. This mug is the PERFECT solution.

Purchased as a gift for a family member. This has worked well for the last 5-6 months, but the battery life is not as good as I thought it would be, and I am never happy when I have to an add an app to a phone to make something function.

it does an amazing job at keeping my coffee warm. Sometimes I’m so busy I forget where I left my coffee mug and when I find it it’s still nice and warm.

This product is genuinely one of my favorite purchases, although I do wish it was a bit cheaper/more affordable.

This is my fourth ember cup. These things are amazing for the person who likes their coffee hot and sips on it over some amount of time. Cups work great, keep charge for at least 2 hrs usually and they look great.

This mug is a perfect little warm up for your coffee as you work from your desk. The set up is a bit confusing but once you get it going its one of those creature comforts you wont want to give up
