Love my Ember mug! Keeps my coffee at the perfect temp. I have bought as gifts and going to buy another one for myself, so a visitor can have a perfect cup of coffee as well while at my house.

I purchased this cup for a family member. They were pleasantly surprised and grateful. I also own this mug in a different color. Nice to choose the temperature for your tea and coffee.

Bought the larger mug after purchasing the 10 oz. My wife likes to drink tea in the afternoon. She usually drinks it in a larger mug so I bought this one. She is very pleased with it and it keeps the tea hot till the last drop.

The recipients of this gift are thoroughly enjoying it! I received one for Christmas as well and love it. I can take my time enjoying my coffee and each sip is as hot as the first. No more cold coffee reheated in the microwave.

This is very useful, I love it, been using this every other day since October 2020. No scratch, no damage, and no issue. Just be a gentle wash right, I use a baby Bottle Brush stand-up from Target store, not with a metal wire head, better use only plastic to avoid scratching the cup. Never put them in the sink dirty dishes, put cups aside on the counter. My ember cup still looks like a new BMW.

My experience has been good overall. Would be great if they could improve the battery life. Which is completely drained after an hour or so of warming my tea

Very happy I went with the large, the extra cup space is great. The brass finish is very nice and easy to clean.

It’s amazing that I get to drink it coffee even after I forgot to finish it 45 min later! No kore microwaving it 20x a morning bc I leave it sitting while running around! I also got the lid separately and that is a must I prolongs the battery life so much!!

Overall this is an excellent mug. It works as advertised and keeps my wife's coffee warm as she chases around our toddler and infant sons. The app is slightly buggy and occasionally frustrating, but the mug itself is awesome!
