Works well and the battery life is good for what I need. I also bought it when it was on sale so that was a perk.

I know a few times it was operator error, but other times it has a mind of its own. Overall it’s used nearly everyday and enjoyed.

Not worth the price

They simply work great. I'm a sort of craft coffee brewer and am always looking for a way to make my coffee even more enjoyable

Returned/replaced and now it is happening again. Not a good design for charging on this expensive name brand item

Bought a second charging coaster so she can charge it all night by the coffee maker downstairs and keep it charged all morning at her desk upstairs while she uses it.

Game changer

She would take all day to finish a tea or coffee, which meant it was cold most of the day. With the base it will stay hot all day, or 80 minutes if she is walking around with it away from her desk. Already purchased a second base so she has one for home and work.
