Easy to use with the mobile app. But, 6 months in, it is falling apart. The inside is chipping away and flaking off into my coffee. The product is good, but it’s not worth it if it is only good for 6 months.

My coffee would cool down as normal and really could feel the cup heating until maybe the last few ounces.

I'm a hella slow drinker of coffee and tea! I need two cups when I drink! While I drink the first cup, I put the second cup in the Ember to keep warm! I keep it plugged in so that it will stay hot for forever!

Not worth the $ many drawbacks

The battery life is less than 1 hour turned all the way up. I like my coffee hotter than this cup can provide. Disappointed
