She even figured out the app by her self, so ease of use is great. Quality materials! Four stars because she has said it lasts around an hour (not 80 minutes) and there are cheaper alternatives that claim similar results.

Won't stay connected to phone

Giving it a few more days to work out the kinks before calling customer service. When it works it works great

Warm not hot

Excessive and battery issues but a good gift
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was skeptical about this product for a few reasons and ultimately decided not to buy it after a clear thought about how excessive this thing is. A battery powered Bluetooth coffee mug that you can’t put in the dishwasher... not to mention creating heat with a battery has got to be the least efficient thing there is. I got one as a gift and this is the review- The battery lasts only about an hour. I used to wait till my coffee was the right temp then I’d sort of down it quickly. Now I wait for it to cool down to the desired temp, then sip it and obsessively watch the battery meter in the app so I don’t wait to long to finish my cup. I use a French press and so it gets cool in there and if I fill the cup with cooler coffee, I have to dump it back into a regular mug, microwave it, transfer it back into this thing, and obsess about the remaining battery. The battery level isn’t on the same page in the app as the temp details either so that’s inconvenient. If you fill your cup with really hot coffee, the battery can decline by 10-20 % by the time it gets down to your desired temp, which is strange. That all being said, it is nice for about 30 minutes when every sip is the same temp. 3.5 outta 5 stars and I’ll round up.
