I have had the previous model for two years and I absolutely love them. This one stays hot longer and I really like that. I use it every morning.

Does a good job of keeping your coffee warm, however battery life and constantly recharging it seems to be an slight inconvenience

Ive had these over the years when they first cane out. Every single one has stopped working after about a year. Ive tried to contact ember but they only offer a discount for a new one. I wish they would offer a longer warranty because the battery dies after a year.

Cup quite working a few months after having it a year. It charges and turns on but doesn't recognize any liquid you put into the cup. All ember wants to do is give you $22 off on a cup and it not come with the charger. Also took them over a week to get back. Truly upsetting

So great to sit coffee, tea or whatever slowly and last sip as hot as first!

This was given to me as an Xmas gift. I've successfully been able to use this with the app three times since December. There are consistent issues with connectivity between my Galaxy S20 and the app. The app will say the mug is charging, but hours will go by and it's still at the original percentage. When it has worked this thick film of burnt coffee accumulates around the rim. I'll be busy working grab the cup for a sip and it leaves the worst taste on my mouth and lips. Do yourself a favor and use the microwave if your drink gets cold.

Does whst it says it will do. Perfect for desk jockeys who don’t want run to the microwave between meetings. This will keep your beverage at the optimal temp through call after call. I have an extra charger plate on each desk so i can move between rooms with ease. It is one of those things you don’t know you need until you have one! Worth every penny.

Love it, just wish it stayed charged longer. Very happy otherwise.

This is my third ember purchase. I have never been able to pair them with my apple phone but the standard temperature is fine. I have had trouble with the charging base and my previous one quit working in the second year.

Get the best buy coverage, DO NOT rely on Ember customer service. They are the worst. Mug died after months, and I can't get them to help.

Keeps coffee warm and makes it last so much longer

Bought this for a Christmas gift and returned it. Love the idea of keeping your coffee at a certain temp. But, like the old time glass coffee pots, they cooked your coffee giving it a burnt taste. Same here.

I bought this as a last minute gift for my son and another for my daughter-in-law. They just loved them. They work very well! They were very impressed!
