Works great, keep my coffe hot all the time, just work great for me

This product does really keep the coffee hotter for a long time. It really works.

Some say, $130 for a coffee cup?!!!!! I just say, YUP! and it is worth every penny! I use this cup almost every day. If you are a coffee drinker or really any hot beverage drinker, you can take your time and savor it without the worry of picking it up absentmindedly and taking a big swig of luke warm or worse, cold liquid. Your 100th sip is as hot as your first. And if you are like me, absentminded at times, when you brew your cup and forget you did so until you happen to walk by it 30min later it isn't a big deal. It was sitting there waiting for you as hot as it came out of the brewer.

Easy to use. Works great so far. I feel like it’s worth the money! Go get you one. You won’t be disappointed. The fact that you can watch it heat up to the temperature you set is pretty cool!

Best Christmas gift to give anybody. I even have a temperature now I want my coffee now it’s 129 degrees lol. I love this

My Ember mug stopped charging and working after about 12 months. Luckily, I had Total Best Buy Protection, which replaced the product. The only surprise was a $29 deductible, I didn’t realize that was part of the plan. In hindsight, I might’ve tried the manufacturer’s warranty first, since that would’ve likely been free. Still, the replacement process at Best Buy was quick and hassle-free, and paying $29 was much better than buying a new mug at full price.

Solid cup. Keeps drinks warm. Unfortunately it's not dishwasher safe.

I wasn’t sure if I would actually use this but I use it everyday at work!! I set my temperature on the app & I don’t have to worry about my coffee getting cold!

I haven't used anything else for my Chai Lattes since I got this mug. It keeps my latte warm all evening...no longer have to re-heat in the microwave when it gets too cool. Perfect for me! Might have to get another one for my regular and herbal teas!!!

These mugs may seem like an extravagance - but when you experience access to hot coffee thirty minutes after you filled it.. you can't avoid a comforting smile! We bought two of them - one of them has less battery life. I doubt the battery is replacable.

This is really amazing!! Can have hot coffee even when you can't drink it fast. I'm glad it holds 14oz. The only issue I have is I can't update it on the app but it works great without the update. If the travel mug held more coffee I would definitely buy one.

I adore hot beverages (coffee, latte’s, expresso, teas, coco...) but I don’t like that they generally don’t keep their heat for very long. My mom “especially” doesn’t like anything that’s not very hot! She makes a new cup of coffee, and before even drinking it, puts it the microwave oven to heat it even more. I bought one of these mugs awhile ago to see if it was a solid item. Found out that it was, even better they came out with a second generation version which stays hot even longer! I picked one up for my mom and while hesitant to accept it, truly adores it! As a side note, it’s has a great software addition (no extra cost) that allows you to select a specific temperature and manage its power usage! My heartfelt recommendation is to try this out... if you don’t like it, no problem as Best Buy has a great return policy. I’m confident that like me you’ll adore it. Happy shopping...

Purchased for my significant other. She loves it, it keeps her coffee at the perfect temperature. Keeps charged for long periods of time and is easy to charge again when needed. Easy to clean and maintain.

Bought for my mothers birthday and she loves it. Now she can work from home and have hot coffee for hours instead of it cooling off within 30 mins of being made. Easy to charge, perfect size.

I actually love this cup. Although you have to keep it on its base, the cup itself doesn’t have a large battery to walk around with it for too long before it dies. Expensive. But awesome.

This was a present for my husband. He like it very much as it keeps his coffee hot throughout even a long meal. It’s convenient and we even take it to restaurants to be guaranteed that the beverage stays hot. However, it’s quite costly and it’s strange that different colors have different, often higher, prices.

Holy cow, I should not love this mug as much as I do, but I do. It's a total luxury to be able to set your coffee temperature down to the degree and then have it there for more than an hour. I use it every day, and despite the lofty price tag, I have been tempted to buy a second (one for work, one for home). I haven't gone there yet. My only small gripe is that the mug needs resetting once in a while, and the only way to figure out when that is is when you take a sip and find that the coffee is cold (i.e., the mug failed in its one job of keeping your coffee at the right temperature). In that case, you have to go through the typical bluetooth nightmare of re-pairing the mug. I suppose this is a complaint about bluetooth and not the mug, but still, it impacts the experience slightly. But overall, I totally love this mug and what it does. p.s. I've tried one other heating mug. That one worked by having a wireless pad that heads the mug from beneath. It was not nearly as functional as the ember.

Nice cup, keeps drinks hot. You control temp through an app on your phone, which I really do not like. Just like the heat plate on your coffee pot. Don't recommend letting it run too long. Also do not think it actually holds 14 oz. More like 10.
