Expensive, let me say that first. If BB did not have it on sale I would have passed on it but it does keep my coffee hot! The mobile app is a great plus as well to control the temp settings. Easy to charge, easy to rinse, and clean for the next use! Not throwing it in the dishwasher for sure!

Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife, she loves being to keep her coffee warm in the mornings. Only downside is they should include from the factory a lid for it to extend battery life and help with spills.

Solid cup. Keeps drinks warm. Unfortunately it's not dishwasher safe.

Never thought I'd need temperature controlled mug but it is more useful than I thought. It's great to always have a hot drink especially since my house is very drafty. Only downside is price.

The design and how the mug works is well done, being simple and easy to use. As in, you aren't having to go through the annoyance of having to plug this in. You just place it on its mat at any angle and the pins will pick up the charge on the circular tracks wherever they are. The mug has a nice solid, sealed feel to it and the charger is very light weight.

I purchased this as a Deal of the Day at a reasonable price. It does take time to get use to it. I'm satisfied with this Ember Smart Mug. I just needed something to keep my Lattes warmer a little longer. I like the 14oz size so there's room to stir without splashing it all over.

Easy to use. Works great so far. I feel like it’s worth the money! Go get you one. You won’t be disappointed. The fact that you can watch it heat up to the temperature you set is pretty cool!

Haven't used it much yet, but its been great for teas. I tend to take my time drinking my tea and it's usually cold by the end. This fixed that issue.

Got this for my wife as a mother's day gift. She has a habit of leaving lukewarm tea all over the house. She loves it and it prevents her from nuking her tea in the microwave every 30 minutes.

This product is amazing! I no longer have to worry about my coffee going cold even after hours of schoolwork, my coffee is as hot as when i first brewed it. I will say that the only downside is the Embers app, but to me its not that big of a deal because i can use the mug without the app.

I cant finally come back to my coffee after working and its still hot. The best part is that I can set the temp I want with my phone ahead of time to make sure I get the hot coffee I am expecting.

Some say, $130 for a coffee cup?!!!!! I just say, YUP! and it is worth every penny! I use this cup almost every day. If you are a coffee drinker or really any hot beverage drinker, you can take your time and savor it without the worry of picking it up absentmindedly and taking a big swig of luke warm or worse, cold liquid. Your 100th sip is as hot as your first. And if you are like me, absentminded at times, when you brew your cup and forget you did so until you happen to walk by it 30min later it isn't a big deal. It was sitting there waiting for you as hot as it came out of the brewer.

One word. Perfect. No more cold coffee. Take your time and enjoy without fear that your coffee gets cold.

Purchased for my significant other. She loves it, it keeps her coffee at the perfect temperature. Keeps charged for long periods of time and is easy to charge again when needed. Easy to clean and maintain.

This is really amazing!! Can have hot coffee even when you can't drink it fast. I'm glad it holds 14oz. The only issue I have is I can't update it on the app but it works great without the update. If the travel mug held more coffee I would definitely buy one.

These mugs may seem like an extravagance - but when you experience access to hot coffee thirty minutes after you filled it.. you can't avoid a comforting smile! We bought two of them - one of them has less battery life. I doubt the battery is replacable.

Love the cup, not the battery life. Unless I keep on charging plate doesn’t last through couple cups on Sunday mornings cooking breakfast and reading the paper.

Bought for my mothers birthday and she loves it. Now she can work from home and have hot coffee for hours instead of it cooling off within 30 mins of being made. Easy to charge, perfect size.

I actually love this cup. Although you have to keep it on its base, the cup itself doesn’t have a large battery to walk around with it for too long before it dies. Expensive. But awesome.
