Great warmer my tea. Heat lasts long and has been reliable for years

Do you hate getting caught up with something, then you go take a sip of your coffee and it’s cold? That no longer happens to me. I LOVE my ember cup, keeps your coffee hot!! And it’s so cool, you get to choose your temperature and mess with the settings through the app to your liking for other beverages as well.

Purchased as a gift and my friend loved it! Especially the color and as an avid tea drinker, he can't get enough of it. I did purchase this on sale so not sure if the color of the mug matters.

Sure this mug is costly but it’s worth it. I love how it keeps my coffee warm and saves me trips to the microwave to reheat my cup of joe. One important thing to note is that you cannot use a metal spoon to stir your coffee. This will damage the coating of the cup. A recommendation to the manufacturer is to clearly point this out in the instruction packet, and or put a disclaimer in the specifications to avoid future issues. Based on other reviews that point out the damage shows this was often missed.

A truly excellent temperature control smart mug, delighted to have purchased it, works great

Works as advertised. Made a great gift for my wife. Used the app just once to set temperature and color of light. You don’t even need to turn it on. It automatically senses there’s liquid in it and it keeps it at temperature until last drop. As others have written the enamel on inside scratches easily so don’t use metal utensils to stir your beverages. It was expensive but it gets used every day so probably worth it. Just wish I had one of my own now.

Keep the coaster at your WFH workstation and you’ll never have to run to the microwave. ProTip(s): 1) Brew a carafe of coffee/tea and just top off your cup when you start running low. 2) The lid from Target’s $3 Room Essentials cup fits this perfectly! It keeps my tea cat hair free since my “co-worker” wants to lay on my keyboard all day LOL 3) Nix the app unless you want to be frustrated. Use it to set up your cup and preferred temp and forget it for daily use. Just check periodically for updates

This is the 5th Ember mug I have purchased, with three of them as gifts. They have all been a hit as gifts and I personally love using mine every day. I am a verrrryyy slow coffee drinker but this keeps your coffee or tea at the perfect temp. It may not heat up liquid from cold, but it will heat up lukewarm liquids to the perfect temperature.

I love my Ember mug! This is my 3rd one. I am hoping they can increase the battery life.

Keeps my coffee piping hot all day. Note, the rechargeable battery is not replaceable and lasts around 2 years, then the whole thing is trash. That's why 4 stars instead of 5.

My wife’s loves this mug. It would be great if the battery lasted a little longer but fixed that by adding another base in the house. It’s great that anytime you go to get a drink of coffee it’s the right temp!

I received the Ember travel mug last year for Christmas as a gift. I decided to buy two of the mugs for my boyfriend and I to use. He loves it! So easy to set up and keeps your beverage warm!

This is at once, one of the best and worst products I've ever had. The concept is 100%. I can't tell you how glorious it is to have the first sip of coffee be just as hot as the last sip. Brilliant! I love it so much. The mug itself is a solid 90%. It feels good in the hand. The handle is decent. The battery life is not bad, and is greatly improved by the accessory lid which is an additional fifteen bucks or so. However. The coaster is an absolute cluster of a design fail from start to finish. They break like crazy, and cannot be easily repaired. Without a coaster, you cannot charge the mug, making the entire thing useless. They do warranty it, but dime to a dollar, your coaster will break 2 weeks past the warranty period. So, in order to charge your very expensive coffee mug, you will need to lay out an extra forty bucks to buy another coaster every so often. So an expensive mug becomes a VERY expensive mug, because of this horrible design by Ember.

Love the color! So nice and smooth to touch. Keeps my te hot. Great to have at home and at the office. Have to get one for my husband too!

I bought the 14oz mug and I must say it does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it great. I was using a mug wormer that you place a regular mug on and it just wasn't doing the job well, so the Ember mug really solves that. Also, they claim the battery lasts 80 minutes, but I am able to get closer to 1.75 - 2 hours. My only real comments are that I am left handed and because the status light is only on one side, I can't see it without turning the mug around. I also wish it was 16 oz since my Jura puts out 14 oz of coffee and I have no room for creamer.

Love this mug! Gave it to my sister for her birthday and she turned around and gave me one for mine. I absolutely love it. I like my coffee hot and really enjoy not having to drink it quick before it gets cold as I have had to do since I started drinking coffee 50 years ago! Nothing like a leisurely cup while reading. The 14 oz mug gives you enough room to add cream. Initially my sister gave me the 10 oz which I found to small.

My wife loves her coffee and she loves it hot. At first we were skeptical but it does the job and does it well. Her last sips are as hot as the first ones making the entire cup enjoyable. We bought the white version and there is noticeable staining after some time. I’m not sure this will last forever like a regular mug but a great concept and performs well. The price tag could be less but if hot coffee or beverage is important to you to the last sip this is a must have.

This is an amazing way to keep your coffee from getting too cold. I love the fact that I can pour a cup of coffee and sip it for much longer than a regular mug. It has a nice sleek design too!

Keeps my drink warm. Few quirks with the 1 hour battery life. White color also has coffee stains and burner stains at the bottom. Still works great after 6 months.
