I love that it keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature for me. The battery won’t last more than 50 minutes off the charger, but I usually drink it with the charger nearby so that’s fine. My only ding is that the charging pins stick after a while and it struggles to maintain a connection to properly charge

Ordered the blue Ember mug online. Shipping only took a couple days. It works well. The app is easy to use. Having hot coffee or tea from start to finish is fantastic!

I was always on the fence about getting this mug but after getting one I do not regret it. There are plenty of times I was unable to finish my morning latte and I would just end up drinking it cold or like warm. But after getting this mug I can now enjoy it warm all the way until the end.

The mug does exactly as advertised. I get about 1.25 hrs of usage out of this using the max temperature ( I like it uncomfortably hot). App has connectivity issues but can be fixed in future updates.

Works wonderfully and keeps temperature . Love how you can sync it to your phone and have it set at a certain time of day and your beverage be ready for when you're ready to be on the go.

As most of us know, coffee is much more effective when it’s hot,  I work from home, and throughout the day, I used to put my coffee in the microwave 5 to 10 times a day and that ended when i got this smart coffee mug that allows me to set my preferred coffee temperature through the app on my phone. And it notifies me when that set temp is reached. The app works great, seamlessly connects with my phone with instantly. Its a game changer in my coffee life.

Bought as a gift for girlfriend because she likes her coffee super hot. This goes up to 160 degrees (i think). The battery does not last long on the highest setting, so you always have to put on the charging base while using.

My husband and I each received an Ember mug as a gift. We weren't sure if they really worked. They do! We've been using them for over 2 years and love them! I'm a coffee drinker, but also drink tea. I'm able to set the temp that I prefer for whatever I'm drinking. We use them every day and recommend them to anyone who enjoys their coffee or tea the same temp with every drink.

My wife loves it. She's a sipper, I'm a gulper. Her coffee has been hot all morning. She even takes it down to the bus stop and folks ask her how her coffee is still steaming when its freezing out!! So, yeah, she loves it. I clearly haven't been able to try it yet, because SHE LOVES IT SO MUCH. It took a few tries to learn the right temp settings to keep her Nespresso from getting a film, but she's found it and there is no turning back. (Might be a little pricey, but got it on sale and her smile is worth it)

Wife loves it!!! With a 1 1/2 and 3 1/2 year olds running around all morning coffee tended to get cold and microwaved but with her new Christmas gift cold coffee is a thing of the past

It is the best at keeping your coffee hot without have a lid. Works great. It’s expensive but after using it on a cold morning it’s worth it

I am always complaining because my coffee gets cold before I can drink it. My new Ember mug has changed all of this. I customized my coffee’s temp and it suits me perfectly. Best investment and gift I have had for a long time. So happy with this product!

I like how this keeps my coffee or tea at a nice warm temperature for a long time. This is the second one I've had. It's been a good purchase.

I really like the cup. However, unless you purchase the lid that goes with it, you’re gonna constantly have a film on top of your coffee. Also, the cup doesn’t stay fully charged even when on the charger maybe 80%. but most importantly, it keeps my coffee, hot all day.

It's definitely not a necessity, and I wish it was a bit more reliable in terms of when it keeps my coffee hot and when it turns off. I'm figuring it out as I use it, and it's nice to come back after an hour or so and find my coffee nice and hot.

I have been wanting this mug for a year but didn’t love the price. My husband surprised me with it and I was over the moon. I love the sleek design and the app. I will say the charge on the mug doesn’t hold that long (for someone who needs a mug like this, it’s because you get busy and don’t have time to drink when hot) The biggest issue is that because I use a little milk in my coffee the cup essentially cooks the coffee whole time which led to a skin of coffee/milk forming on the top. I returned it.
