I love Ember mugs, especially the blue color! It keeps my coffee warm down to the last drop. I love that I can set the temperature to the level that I like. I definitely do not regret my purchase. Also, I was very impressed with how fast Best Buy delivered - next day!

Works really great to keep my coffee at exactly the temperature I want it. My one complaint is the battery life, as someone who can take longer to drink my coffee (i.e. why I wanted the mug), I have to be able to set it on the charger while I'm drinking it for it not to die before I'm finished.

I got this mug for my wife for Christmas and she loves it! The app works well and it keeps her coffee nice and hot all day long. It's easy to clean and very solid. Great buy!

this feels so extra, but i love it. i have a toddler and I'm in grad school which means I often set my drink down and forget it. i love coming back to my ember and finding it hot.

Nice product. Keeps coffee hot as advertised. I thought the battery would last longer though. It only lasts an hour, maybe a bit longer. Overall I am happy with the product.

This mug keeps my coffee warm and easy to wash. Highly recommend purchasing the larger sized cup.

So far so good. Wish the maximum temperature could be set to 155 as 145 is just about warm for my taste. I was debating between 10 and 14 oz due to additional cost. But ended up going for 14 oz and glad that I did. 10 oz would have been too small and require frequent refill. You might as well heat in the microwave on refill visit. 14 oz also carries perfect amount of heft and feel. You know you are holding something good with or without your tea or cofee. That said, be careful while washing (handwash only) as the contact points (the two circular rings) with charging coaster are visible and exposed.

We love these mugs. My wife has one and I’ve purchased one for several friends for birthdays, etc. We haven’t gotten to test this individual mug out yet, because it’s a gift for someone in October. But if it’s anything like the other ones, we will love it.

Love this cup! However, I had to purchase an additional charger to keep at work. The battery life is ok if you are a 1-2 cup coffee drinker. Which I am, before I even get on the road to work but by the time I get to work my coffee is cold. After I purchased the additional charger, I would say this cup is a game changer.

Love the blue color, the matte finish and the larger 14 oz size. Keeps my morning coffee perfectly hot which is the only way I like to drink it.

Keeps coffee at the correct temperature. Battery life is a bit shorter than desired, but if on the charger it works for multiple cups throughout the day. Good investment.

Nice size. Attractive. Works well. But it is yet another electronic and luxury device. It requires careful cleaning and handling (no dishwasher, avoid getting bottom wet), and electricity. It is not for everyone. There are other ways to prevent cold coffee. That said, I use it every day.

It's a completely unnecessary product and far more expensive than it's worth, but still, I use it every day and love it. It takes me a while to get through my daily hot beverage and either poured out the last bit or just took a big swig to finish off the cold remains...but with this my drink stays the exact temperature I want down to the last drop. The 14oz is a little inconsistent in the temperature sometimes...the bottom of the cup can have the liquid a higher temperature than the top depending on how long your drink has been sitting. It's a big mug and exposure at the top since it isn't sealed seems right.

Love this cup Sometimes the charger has worn out but they sell replacement chargers. Only drink my coffee with that mig
