I bought one of these for my friend because I couldn't justify spending this much on a cup. He praised it and so I bought one for myself. I used it for 2 days and now it's in a storage box in the garage. Reasons follow: 1. It doesn't hold enough coffee. Yes, it's 14oz, but nobody is going to fill it to the brim, so it really only holds like 12oz of coffee. My usual morning coffee is about 16oz, so that's already a problem. 2. It doesn't keep the coffee warm long enough. Yes, I know, a small battery can only do so much, but seeing how it only keeps the coffee warm for 1-2 hours (as far as I remember), you're better off sticking a lid on top of your coffee mug to help with insulation or just using a regular mug with a hot plate / mug warmer. Sorry Ember, I wanted to like this cup, but it's not practical enough.

I bought the cup for my wife as a gift, and she loves it. She poured room temperature coffee into the cup and it heated right up to her desired temperature. Keeps hot coffee warm and has adequate battery life.

I bought this mug as a present for my son because I already got one and I love it. I like my coffee hot and the mug has been the best solution so far.

This was the best purchase i ever made. My coffee was constantly going cold after i make it and have to care for customers. Now it stays hot to the perfect temp all day.

Great cup it keeps my drink hot for awhile the only issue was it didn’t have a lid if I wanted to run out with it but I got the separate lid for 14 dollars and it works great and looks nice on my kitchen

I bought this mug as. A gift because I’ve had one for three years and I have had zero problems. It keeps your coffee or tea nice and hot (or warm if that’s your preference) for hours! I find myself sipping on the same cup for a long time because it never gets cold! A Must Have!

My wife loves her cup, this is the second one that i have bought from Best Buy. She accidentally microwaved the first one (I strongly recommend you don't do this - lol). But the cups work great and the store was helpful.

This is the best coffee mug ever invented. It’s keep my coffee at an optimal temperature for 30-45 minutes which is more than enough to drink a nice cup of coffee or even have two. One of the best investments my wife has made for me our entire marriage

Great for the winter or every day use! Don’t you hate when your coffee or tea gets cold, well you don’t have to worry about that anymore if you get one of these. The charge is great and it keeps it at a great temp

This mug functions beautifully, when it stays connected to my wife's phone. Occasionally, perhaps when it updates, it creates a problem to reconnect to her phone. It still works, but not fully functional until I can get it reconnected.

Ember is great. No more cold coffee....no more microwave reheating.

Great mug for working from home. It is convenient not having to warm up my drink every 10-15 minutes when I forget about it. Love that it turns off when it senses the mug is empty.

So from the standpoint of keeping my coffee hot this is an awesome mug and I love it. The downside is buying it in white…there is no way to keep it sparkling white but it’s great and I use it nearly every day. It’s also a little pricey…find it on sale if you can.

Love it that my coffe or tea doesn’t go cold. Its at the right temperature when i drink it. Especially when you have the AC and fan blowing. Love it.
