So unless you’re sitting right next to the charging pad, the coffee won’t stay warm forever. And it’s such a small serving of coffee even in the bigger cup, that it’s long gone before it has time to cool down. Neat concept, but larger cup and longer batter life would be better.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product is a great idea, reducing the need to constantly head to the microwave to warm your coffee, however, the design for recharging the mug is flawed. Having three dimensional pins on the charging coaster come in contact with a mug that is fairly heavy, is a design flaw. I bought two of these mugs, and ran into the same problem with one of the pins being pushed back into the coaster, which prevents the mug from being charged. Returned the item.

Nice mug but keeps disconnecting from the app.

My only complaint so far is that the app won't update and it keeps disconnecting and this is somewhat frustrating. For a smart mug its lacking and for the price you just get an expensive cup warmer until the bugs on the app are fixed.
