    The base is no longer heating and therefore the cup is not warm. Most frustrating is finding out how to return to best buy. there isn't a way to find or print the return shipping label.

    This thing is nice. Being home, sitting on the couch enjoying an endlessly hot cup of coffee. That’s what you get with this thing. Take it out on the deck, even in the winter! The phone app is cool too. The only downside is if you have an awesome collection of mugs, you will grow apart.

    Had smaller capacity mug which was great but the larger capacity is much better and battery seems to last a little longer. Also have the travel mug and the app works seamlessly with multiple products.
