Will last for 2.5 hours without charge. Need to electric for base to charge mug.

The battery doesn’t last too long, maybe 2-3 hrs off the charger. But does what it needs to do and satisfying at that. Works well and very simple.

I'm figuring it out as I use it, and it's nice to come back after an hour or so and find my coffee nice and hot.

My new Ember mug has changed all of this. I customized my coffee’s temp and it suits me perfectly. Best investment and gift I have had for a long time. So happy with this product!

It keeps my coffee warm down to the last drop. I love that I can set the temperature to the level that I like. I definitely do not regret my purchase. Also, I was very impressed with how fast Best Buy delivered - next day!

The battery lasts a decent amount and being able to set the exact temperature really puts the icing on the cake.

Also seemed like it took awhile to charge. If you can keep it on the charger most of the time you'll be okay. I also wish it was more durable. I have heard alot of people chipped theirs and I am trying not to do that, so I have to be careful with it.

It’s incredible how it keeps her coffee a 140 degrees for so long and I ordered a cover which makes it last even longer . She loves her cup !!

My one complaint is the battery life, as someone who can take longer to drink my coffee (i.e. why I wanted the mug), I have to be able to set it on the charger while I'm drinking it for it not to die before I'm finished.
