    The charging base is badly made, so good luck charging your mug after 2 months. The prongs on it get stuck, so it won't charge (see photo). And the battery only lasts about 45 mins without exaggeration.

    well-built cup, but it needs a lid to keep set temperature longer. the battery life is short about 30 min then needs to be recharge yet this is a better deal than the travel mug" which is worst, need to be careful when washing it,needs on/off switch at the cup instead of the app

    Ember has improved on last years break model. They added a longer battery, painted it with non chip paint, and made the cup bigger
