Great product. The mug did exactly what it's designed to do. Purchased as a mother's day gift.

I bought this for my father in law as a Christmas gift, I was tapped out of ideas, and this is what I came up with. He loves it (surprisingly), though he did mention the initial pairing with his phone was a little more challenging than it should've been (he's an engineer). He likes it so much, he has me actually thinking about getting one for myself.

I bought this mug because I'm always forgetting about my coffee until it goes cold while I'm working. I absolutely love this mug! It works perfectly. The hour battery life is great for when I need to step away from my desk. And the mug is nonstick so it's so easy to clean. Ive had whipped cream in my mug a couple times and it washed off super easy in just a couple minutes. Buy this mug!

This was for a friend that loves it so easy to set up and he love to come back to his coffee and if staying hot

The mug is built sturdy. However I am fearful of rhe charging rings at the bottom being wet after washing or charging too soon after washing. At the lowest setting i found that heating would evaporate coffee. I have been using mostly to reheat coffee.

Well, this is a mixed bag for me. The mug works but when you're spending $130 on a mug, the app needs to work too (and it doesn't). I gave it 2 stars because even when the app doesn't work, which is all the time, the mug will still keep your drink set at 135 degrees. However, I need to delete and reinstall the app everytime I use the mug because it'll freeze up and won't connect to your mug. I can have the mug off and app will display that it's connected and at 175 degrees when the mug is cool to the touch. It'll say my battery level is - 1% when fully charged. And this is when the app actually opens up and doesn't crash when trying to load. It is, without question, the most frustrating app I've ever used. I'd return the mug if this wasn't a gift. Figure this out, Ember.

I made this purchase for a birthday present for mu husband and he love it!!!

I bought this cup when it was on sale and had great expectations. It works great when it’s connected but it had to be connected again and again. I liked it when it was connected but I returned it to Best Buy.
