Great mug, bad bluetooth

Broke in 3months! Customer service wouldnt respond

Have been emailing customer service from past 3weeks with all necessary details but they just would not respond! Never have i ever experienced service like this.. Pathetic!!

The coating of the White mug in particular is not durable at all. Scratches so easily inside and out. Got stained by a tea that had tumeric in it.

For best care and maintenance, we would recommend rinsing the mug soon after use and using mild dish soap and a soft cloth when hand-washing. We also suggest using a wooden spoon or plastic/silicone utensils, as they will cause less damage than a metal spoon.
