    At best, charge is good for 30 to 40 minutes. If phone leaves it's area, it loses connection and does not reconnect, have to re pair. Can't give no stars.

    If you don't drink your coffee super fast it sticks to the sides and you have stuff floating in your coffee.

    Absolutely horrendous mobile app. Never seems to connect. Absolutely horrendous hardware, scratches easily. Horrible to hold, poor ergonomics. Does not offer USB C In short, you are much better off saving $100 an instead going with non-brand competitor.

    Disappointed with the performance for the price!

    Not a fan of a $120 mug that only holds the temp for 80 minutes, max. And the Ember customer service is less than helpful. The app continually disconnects even when the phone and mug are within inches of each other, after successful BT connection.

    Mug is nice. The connection to the app is horrible. The reviews on the app are all 1 star with reviews. Id check the reviews on the app first before buying this. It worked for a week then stopped connecting. Tried all there solutions and non would stick.

    Don’t get me wron for the 2 stars the product features to make your coffee hot is awesome but the material that they use on the mug is plastic not porcelain that’s the only thing that I don’t like

    I purchased this mug a year and a half ago and it stopped working. I contacted ember and they would not provide a replacement mug or even a repair option. They only provided me a discount of $22 dollars to purchase a new one. Mug was great when it was working but longevity, lifespan and along with customer support from ember does not make it worth the purchase

    First one I bought died in just over a year. It happens but when I emailed the company regarding repair/replacement they didn't even bother to respond.

    I bought this mug as a gift for a family member for Christmas & they absolutely hated it. The app is atrocious & does not stay connected to the mug.

    My charging puck had died. I supplied my serial number, receipt and pictures like they requested. They said my mug was 6mo. out of its warranty. But my BB receipt clearly showed it was still under warranty! Since then, they have summarily ignore all my emails and messages.

    Great for keeping drinks warm if you dont care about controlling through Bluetooth. But if you want to connect it to your phone and have full control through the app, be prepared to disconnect and reconnect it a dozen or so times before it takes an update and stays connected. Support did nothing beyond sharing the online troubleshooting steps that i already tried. Still, really nice to have a hot cup of coffee for about and hour and a half.

    Delivered to wrong house called within 5 minutes - picture is not even on my street. Called delivery driver said he did not know where he delivered and can’t go back. Talked BB on chat and no response.

    The item is a cool concept but executed very poorly, the design is very small and the cup is very ugly. The heating process is very slow and your drink will be cold by the time it heats up.

    Good product. Keeps beverages warm for hours. The Ember App is ok. Had issues with charging first time. Did a reset and removed from device. After that, all is well with mug

    I had high hopes for this to keep my tea warm while I work. What I found was a product that is just not quite ready yet. First issue is with the firmware, where the app cannot complete. Repeated attempts to complete the firmware upgrade all resulted in failure. Second issue (perhaps fixed in the new firmware, who knows) is that the heater stays on when the cup is essentially empty. Causing whatever is left to burn until it's fully gone. I paid too much to be dealing with issues that should have been resolved before the unit went on sale. Back to BB it goes.
