    terrible not worth the money. I bought it for Christmas and used it twice and it started to smell like burnt. took it back to Best Buy and they said to contact the manufacturer directly. I sent an email explaining the issue and never heard back.

    This product is defective and you will get no support from the manufacturer or Best Buy. Avoid buying you will be happier. Do a search for feedback about this product and you will find a lot of negative remarks about the product and the support you will not get.

    The cup I purchased is not 14 ounces although it claims to be 14 ounces. I was forced to take the cup back to the store for an exchange. I filled it with water from a measuring cup, and it was filled to the brim at 12 ounces. Either their is a packaging problem or the 14 ounces advertised is incorrect. Be careful when purchasing this item. Not recommended!

    I had so many problems with this mug., Best Buy gave me one that apparently someone returned., I noticed because I ordered another one with Bloomingdales and the packaging came very different and all components wrapped and sealed., Definitely the problem was this Now with the new one it works perfectly.,

    Terrible product. Stopped working after 4 weeks. Even worse company response. They know their product is failing and they will do absolutely nothing to make it right.

    The mug works great. I love it. Only downfall is the staining on the inside from coffee. I have tried everything to get the stain out but nothing works.
