Love these things. This is my fourth one and I've been happy with all of them. They are great if you're not the type to drink your coffee fast, they keep it warm for a couple of hours, or all day if you have it on the charging coaster. I highly recommend them. A little expensive when not on sale though

Excellent piece of technology. I use mine everyday. The battery doesn’t last too long, maybe 2-3 hrs off the charger. But does what it needs to do and satisfying at that. Works well and very simple.

Love using this cup, give me perfect temperature with tea

This is our fourth ember mug in our collection and we use them daily. The battery lasts a decent amount and being able to set the exact temperature really puts the icing on the cake.

Keeps the coffee hot all morning long. Great quality and the charge lasts plenty long.

My husband and I each received an Ember mug as a gift. We weren't sure if they really worked. They do! We've been using them for over 2 years and love them! I'm a coffee drinker, but also drink tea. I'm able to set the temp that I prefer for whatever I'm drinking. We use them every day and recommend them to anyone who enjoys their coffee or tea the same temp with every drink.

I was always on the fence about getting this mug but after getting one I do not regret it. There are plenty of times I was unable to finish my morning latte and I would just end up drinking it cold or like warm. But after getting this mug I can now enjoy it warm all the way until the end.

It's a nice mug that may keep your coffee warm, this is for someone that needs it for additional hour (or 2 if you're pushing it) of good coffee (or tea, whatever you prefer). However, the battery isn't that last-longing. You have to charge it every usage. and that takes around 2-5 hours depending your habits and how often you charge your mug. If I have to be honest, I think you're better off with a double-insulated tumbler/mug that may keep your drink warm up to 5-8 hours a day.

Bought this as a gift for a family member for Christmas, and the recipient really likes it for their tea. It is very well insulated on the outside so you don't burn your hands holding the mug like some others. Only complaint is that the battery life isn't the longest, but I saw that the lid you can buy may extend it to a certain extent, so that may be worth a try.

I was worried about the day I would eventually drop the mug and possibly watch it shatter. Well that day finally arrived, yesterday, dropping it directly onto my concrete driveway from about 3'. I saw it hit, expecting it to shatter, but it didn't! Still fully functioning with only a couple small scratches. I thought it was ceramic based but it appears to be metal, maybe aluminum, by looking at the scratches.

The coffee cup is a neat concept. Is it worth $129? Probably not but it does keep my coffee hot. Saying the battery lasts 80 minutes is very optimistic. Keeping my coffee at 140 degrees give me about 30 minutes before the red light comes on and it no longer warms my coffee and I have to put it back on the charger. Finally, you need to download the app to be able to adjust the temperature. I would prefer a "dumb" version where I could adjust the temperature on the cup itself.

I love this cup, my drinks stay at whatever temperature I set for the entire cup down to the last drop!!! This is an excellent gift idea for anyone.

The mug is a nice design and weighs about the same as a regular coffee mug. Coffee does stay hot but if you dont pick up the mug for 2 hours it will shut off. Overall its a great product.

Had a few issues getting setup with the app but once that was settled it works great and keeps coffee hot. Very expensive.

Love the Ember! My coffee stays at my desired temperature the whole day! It is a little pricey but I think well worth it. I wish more colors were available besides black and white.

Christmas present for the Wife. She has been wanting one for a pretty long time. Seen a few reviews showing that the interior coating coming off and my only guess for the reason for that is that maybe they used a frother. Anyways this only gets hand washed and it is performing like an absolute champ. Do wish that they had a 20oz that was not the tumbler though.

Keeps everything warm. Does what it says it does. It’s good for one cup, so kind of sucks to refill if you drink a lot.

I was initially amazed, and embarrassed, that I spent this much for coffee mugs. But after using them daily we are hooked. At breakfast, even with delays while studying the newspaper or interrupted by a phone call, we can pick up our mugs and the coffee is still the correct temperature. Luxury? Sure. Cheaper to just take a glass mug to the microwave? Sure. But this is so much better! (By the way, 30 seconds in a microwave changes the flavor of coffee by extracting more chemicals from the "fines" which get through the filter)
