Perfect!!! I'm not quite sure WHY we didn't purchase it sooner but it's a gem. I enjoy taking my time and sipping my coffee without the worry of it getting cold. I only wish the charge lasted a little longer.

Doesn't connect all the time and have to keep resetting it but when it does connect it works great.

 This mug is the Cadillac of heated mugs if you add the lid, it’s the best of the best doubles the time your coffee will stay piping hot when you put the lid on and you sip out of it it’s smooth sailing not like other mugs where you gulping simply the best. Add in that you can run it all from your smart phone on your iPad and customize everything. Wow, happy happy 

I've only had this mug for three weeks, but so far it works really well. Better than I expected. We'll see how long it lasts. I like that the cup recharges very quickly. The app to control the temperature seems to be easy enough to use. I only gave it four stars because I don't know yet how long it is going to keep working. So far though, it's been really great.

Great quality, looks great. Heats up quick and certainly keeps hot beverages hot.

My wife loves it. She's a sipper, I'm a gulper. Her coffee has been hot all morning. She even takes it down to the bus stop and folks ask her how her coffee is still steaming when its freezing out!! So, yeah, she loves it. I clearly haven't been able to try it yet, because SHE LOVES IT SO MUCH. It took a few tries to learn the right temp settings to keep her Nespresso from getting a film, but she's found it and there is no turning back. (Might be a little pricey, but got it on sale and her smile is worth it)

As most of us know, coffee is much more effective when it’s hot,  I work from home, and throughout the day, I used to put my coffee in the microwave 5 to 10 times a day and that ended when i got this smart coffee mug that allows me to set my preferred coffee temperature through the app on my phone. And it notifies me when that set temp is reached. The app works great, seamlessly connects with my phone with instantly. Its a game changer in my coffee life.

I have been using one of these terrific mugs at home for over a year. Once you have had one it is difficult to live without, hence this new one for the office. This ingenious product delivers exactly as promised keeping your tea or coffee at exactly the preselected temperature for over an hour off the base and indefinitely on the base. I thoroughly recommend it.

It's a nice mug that may keep your coffee warm, this is for someone that needs it for additional hour (or 2 if you're pushing it) of good coffee (or tea, whatever you prefer). However, the battery isn't that last-longing. You have to charge it every usage. and that takes around 2-5 hours depending your habits and how often you charge your mug. If I have to be honest, I think you're better off with a double-insulated tumbler/mug that may keep your drink warm up to 5-8 hours a day.

Use every day! Keeps my coffee and tea at a perfect temperature. Great quality.

The mug is a nice design and weighs about the same as a regular coffee mug. Coffee does stay hot but if you dont pick up the mug for 2 hours it will shut off. Overall its a great product.

The coffee cup is a neat concept. Is it worth $129? Probably not but it does keep my coffee hot. Saying the battery lasts 80 minutes is very optimistic. Keeping my coffee at 140 degrees give me about 30 minutes before the red light comes on and it no longer warms my coffee and I have to put it back on the charger. Finally, you need to download the app to be able to adjust the temperature. I would prefer a "dumb" version where I could adjust the temperature on the cup itself.

Love the Ember! My coffee stays at my desired temperature the whole day! It is a little pricey but I think well worth it. I wish more colors were available besides black and white.

Purchased as a gift and my friend loved it! Especially the color and as an avid tea drinker, he can't get enough of it. I did purchase this on sale so not sure if the color of the mug matters.

My husband loves a hot cup of coffee, so this either required a thermos or multiple trips to the microwave. He loves his new Ember. Always just right.

It’s great! Keeps tea and coffee at a good drinking temperature. Not too hot, not too cold.

Had a few issues getting setup with the app but once that was settled it works great and keeps coffee hot. Very expensive.

I was initially amazed, and embarrassed, that I spent this much for coffee mugs. But after using them daily we are hooked. At breakfast, even with delays while studying the newspaper or interrupted by a phone call, we can pick up our mugs and the coffee is still the correct temperature. Luxury? Sure. Cheaper to just take a glass mug to the microwave? Sure. But this is so much better! (By the way, 30 seconds in a microwave changes the flavor of coffee by extracting more chemicals from the "fines" which get through the filter)

My husband and I each received an Ember mug as a gift. We weren't sure if they really worked. They do! We've been using them for over 2 years and love them! I'm a coffee drinker, but also drink tea. I'm able to set the temp that I prefer for whatever I'm drinking. We use them every day and recommend them to anyone who enjoys their coffee or tea the same temp with every drink.

I love that it keeps the coffee at the perfect temperature for me. The battery won’t last more than 50 minutes off the charger, but I usually drink it with the charger nearby so that’s fine. My only ding is that the charging pins stick after a while and it struggles to maintain a connection to properly charge
