Doesn't connect all the time and have to keep resetting it but when it does connect it works great.

This mug is amazing. It is the perfect size for a big cup of coffee and keeps it hot for a long time. My husband loves it. The handle is a really good size, too. I would definitely recommend this product; you won’t be disappointed.

My favorite mug! It is so nice to have the last sip of coffee as hot as the first! This is the third Ember I have bought, aside from my own. The others were gifts, and everyone says the same thing, “ I love my Ember”! Easy to use app makes this mug a must have!

Awesome mug. Never knew they came up with a mug that can keep my coffee hot until i received this as a gift. Now i need the travel mug. Hopefully for christmas.

I one of those electric warming trays that kept the last few swallows of my coffee hot, but it couldn't handle a full mug. This does. Pricey, but does the job where others don't.

We use this mug almost every day. As long as you remember to keep it charged, it does a nice job of keeping your drink warm. It’s very handy in a house full of kids where you don’t get to sit down and enjoy your drinks in one sitting.

I got this as a Christmas present for my dad. He tends to let his cup sit until it grows cold, with this he doesn't need to microwave his cup anymore (unless he forgets to charge it, but it doesn't even take that long. It only did when we first unpackaged it). You can literally see the coffee steam, and it stays that way! The handle isn't uncomfortable or awkward to hold which was something I was worried about. It's pricey, I would only recommend getting this as a gift for a loved one or for oneself. With proper care, any product will be worth the money spent. I think it was worth it! I'm thinking of getting one for myself and my mom.

I hate cold coffee but I love to linger over a cup. This allows me to sip and savor. Y on,y criticism is the battery life. It lasts less than an hour. Lengthen the battery life and this would be five stars.

Bought this for my wife. Amazing technology in this mug that keeps her coffee at her preferred temp. This had eliminated multiple trips to the microwave nuking the heck out of the coffee.

Brings drinking coffee to a whole other level. I initially thought this was super gimmicky. But now, cold coffee is a thing of the past. Super easy to connect, keeps my coffee warm and tasty.

Best in the market. By using the the device I am getting good savings on coffee. I can actually finish a cup at my work desk, without having to get up and get a refill on my cup.
