It does what it’s supposed to do and it does it reliably. The app is easy and straightforward also. Get the lid to basically double your enjoyment. Instead of a little over an hour of drinking time I get at least 2 hours of hot coffee. I like this mug so much that I bought 2 more as gifts. Seriously my favorite gadget that I get the most use out of.
