I have purchased 3 of these mugs and all 3 had an issue with the pin on the charger pad getting stuck down and no longer working. Ember customer support responded immediately to the first 2 and sent replacement charger pads right away. The 3rd mug is about a year and a half old and has both the charger pad issue and it also no longer charges. I reached out to Ember support over a month ago and have followed up with them multiple times and they have not responded at all. I would expect a mug that costs almost $200 to last longer than a year and a half. I'm not sure what happened with their Customer service, but it went from great to abysmal. I would not recommend this product due to product quality issues, lack of customer service response and a very quirky app that constantly disconnects.

I got the Travel Mug2 first. And love it. The support from Ember is amazing should you need it. I had a bad lid thta they replaced for free. Just had to call them. This cup I just bought is for use while at home. I cannot emphasis enough how nice it is to have a quality product like this to help me enjoy my morning joe. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. thanks best buy and thanks ember.
