I love this mug. It works great. Charge lasts about an hour, but with coaster itll last all day.

I know it's expensive. However, day by day, you feel that i decides perfect choice!

This has been our biggest gift hit this year. People love it and use and rave about it so much that I’m putting the word out I want one for Father’s Day. Seems a little selfish to fork over the $100 bucks just for yourself but if I don’t get one as a gift I just might.

I have to drink my coffee hot, or not at all. This cup is amazing! Coffee maker dispenses at 173 degrees and hottest cup will “hold” is 145 which is nearly perfect temp (the Ember app actually shows you this). 145 temp will give you about 60 minutes of battery life. One thing to keep in mind, this is the 14 ounce version…if you add cream or milk, you can only put 10 ounces of coffee into it to leave room while not spilling.

Worked as advertised. Really neat invention. I haven't heard any complaints yet.

Cool concept and can work for some. The app seems to not be the best and taking care of the mug is a chore itself. Returned it after just opening and testing it.

This is my second mug. I have one for the office and one for home. Works well and the battery life is good for what I need. I also bought it when it was on sale so that was a perk.

I love my Ember cup. It was a Christmas present. Still going strong in September. I use it every day for my morning coffee.

It was great until it wasn't. I have purchased 3 of these mugs and all 3 had an issue with the pin on the charger pad getting stuck down and no longer working. Ember customer support responded immediately to the first 2 and sent replacement charger pads right away. The 3rd mug is about a year and a half old and has both the charger pad issue and it also no longer charges. I reached out to Ember support over a month ago and have followed up with them multiple times and they have not responded at all. I would expect a mug that costs almost $200 to last longer than a year and a half. I'm not sure what happened with their Customer service, but it went from great to abysmal. I would not recommend this product due to product quality issues, lack of customer service response and a very quirky app that constantly disconnects.

Mug works fine, until it doesn't Charging pin sticks after months of use preventing a charge. Returned/replaced and now it is happening again. Not a good design for charging on this expensive name brand item

Works 90% of the time and works well, but sometimes it likes to think it’s empty and does not heat up. I know a few times it was operator error, but other times it has a mind of its own. Overall it’s used nearly everyday and enjoyed.

A little harder to use then I expected but does the job. a little to pricey for my taste but was bought out of necessity.
