It’s a great product so far got it about three weeks ago and it definitely has done its job very well. I do think that it is a little bit pricey but thanks to Best Buy it was a deal of the day . I was very surprised at how great it works and the look is amazing.

Got this on sale for $99 and it was very nice. Great construction however if you are a huge back-to-back coffee drinker, you may want to consider that the battery life is about 80 minutes and you may want to purchase multiple bases/lids for it. Great concept though! Wish the battery was a little bit longer, but for how light the cup is, I can’t complain.

Bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it! He prefers it over an insulated mug, because it stays hotter and at just the right temp. It is a little pricy, but it's great for someone who works in tech and loves to have cool gadgets.

My wife takes a long time to drink a cup of coffee and she doesn’t like it when it’s warm. This cup keeps her coffee hot for as long as it takes her to drink a full cup of coffee.

I like the concept of this mug. Overall it has worked well, 9/10 times getting it right that there is a beverage in my cup. My I main complaint is thst i feel tied to the charger. 80 minutes goes by faster than you’s think.

Bought for my mother in law as a gift. She loves her coffee scalding hot so she loves this cup. She could go take a shower and when she comes back to her coffee mug, the coffee is still hot! If you drink lots of coffee be sure to get the 14oz. It doesn’t look big so I can’t imagine how the 10oz compares.

This is a really good product. Keeps my coffee hot when I get distracted by work. Normally I would be irritated when I would get back to drinking and it was ice cold. Not anymore!!

The design and how the mug works is well done, being simple and easy to use. As in, you aren't having to go through the annoyance of having to plug this in. You just place it on its mat at any angle and the pins will pick up the charge on the circular tracks wherever they are. The mug has a nice solid, sealed feel to it and the charger is very light weight.

I’ve been using the Ember Smart Mug every day since I bought it, and I can honestly say it’s a game-changer. I used to constantly reheat my coffee, but now it stays at the perfect temperature from the first sip to the last. The app is super easy to use, and I love being able to set my preferred temp (135°F is my sweet spot).

Love the mug, definitely keeps coffee hot. Not sure if my coffee maker is off or if this mug doesn’t actually hold 14oz. If I brew a 12oz cup it’s at the brim. Had it for a month and a half now with zero issues

Expensive, let me say that first. If BB did not have it on sale I would have passed on it but it does keep my coffee hot! The mobile app is a great plus as well to control the temp settings. Easy to charge, easy to rinse, and clean for the next use! Not throwing it in the dishwasher for sure!

Mug shows charged to %100. As soon as I take it off of the charging coaster the percentage drops below %90. It doesn’t last anywhere near the advertised 80 minutes at a setting of 136 degrees. When on the coaster the battery still dies if keeping coffee hot and will randomly shut off saying the cup is empty. Notifications show up continuously once the beverage has reached your set temperature. I had to shut them off. I have attempted to contact Ember 3 different times for support with absolutely no success. They never follow up or contact me at all. If it stopped working tomorrow, I would not spend the money again. For the price, I had hoped for a higher level of service from Ember. Realistically, I might have been better off with one of the cheap ones from Amazon.

Works well to keep coffee the exact temperature I like. Easily controlled with app. If not on the charger the battery is enough to keep coffee warm about 75-90 minutes based on my experience. Easy to charge just put it on the charger stand. Easy to clean with soap and water.

I purchased this as a Deal of the Day at a reasonable price. It does take time to get use to it. I'm satisfied with this Ember Smart Mug. I just needed something to keep my Lattes warmer a little longer. I like the 14oz size so there's room to stir without splashing it all over.

I never thought I needed this kind of mug. But it is amazing! Side tracked and forgot about your coffee? No problem. This mug keeps it warm and fresh, as though you just poured it. Easy to clean and love the color.

Bought this for my wife as a Christmas gift as she always complains about her coffee getting too cold and loves it hot. Bought this on a whim and it does not disappoint. She has made comments it's one of the best surprise gifts I ever gave her and that she loves it. After ~1 year the charger stopped working due to the pins getting stuck and their customer service sent a new one right away at no cost.

Like the title states, it is expensive for what it does, but it does what it is supposed to do well. App is easy to to use and the mug holds a charge well. Only cons is price, and isnt dishwasher safe.

Some say, $130 for a coffee cup?!!!!! I just say, YUP! and it is worth every penny! I use this cup almost every day. If you are a coffee drinker or really any hot beverage drinker, you can take your time and savor it without the worry of picking it up absentmindedly and taking a big swig of luke warm or worse, cold liquid. Your 100th sip is as hot as your first. And if you are like me, absentminded at times, when you brew your cup and forget you did so until you happen to walk by it 30min later it isn't a big deal. It was sitting there waiting for you as hot as it came out of the brewer.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife, she loves being to keep her coffee warm in the mornings. Only downside is they should include from the factory a lid for it to extend battery life and help with spills.
