She loves the shape of the cup and the fact it's not heavy considering the technology. Her favorite function is that she can control the temperature from her phone app.

Can select the ideal temp you like and remains that way for hours. Also has a customizable led light in the event you have more than one mug.

Getting busy in the morning and still having hot coffee throughout the morning is really amazing. It’s not a big deal to make sure it’s charged every day, totally worth it.

Love it, but lost battery power

I am 2 months out of warranty on this one. So $150 is a steep price for a mug that only works for 1 year.

It has changed my coffee-drinking life, because I love my coffee hot! This product is not a luxury for me, it's a necessity!!! The only drawback is that it is not dishwasher-proof. You also can't put in a microwave, but you don't need to because it keeps your coffee so hot.

It keeps your coffee hot and you can control the temperature from your phone. The only problem I've had with it is that it sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth ...and can take more than one step to reconnect. Other than that; it's a great mug!

I believe it is a app or technology update issue however.

Worth every penny. Having a desk job, they said they get busy and forget to drink their coffee quick enough to keep it warm and fresh. This allows them to enjoy that wonderful cup of coffee for longer

That being said they have one major caveat. These things break apart inside and they don’t last long. The bottom flakes off. Always stirring the coffee in a different mug before putting it in here and rinsing right away doesn’t seem to help. They make a stainless steel tumbler that’s a thousand times better. We’ve switch to those and have had no issues.

Love this mug

I’m glad the hubby got it for me because I love it. I love that I can set my coffee to a certain temp and it stays that temp all day (yes all day because I have a toddler).

Retired veteran he loves his coffee. This cup keeps his coffee at the perfect temperature for hours he loves it!

Downside is the app seldom works, upside you don't need the app to keep the coffee hot, unfortunately without the app you can't customize the temp. You will end up with the programmed temp.
