only downside is that the cup stains after awhile, so I exchanged for the darker color and no more problem. keeps coffee perfect temp to the last sip. I use it daily

Controlled by my iPhone. I don't like lukewarm tea. This cup does what it says and honestly keeps my tea at 142 degrees to the last drop. I keep filling it during the day with tea from a thermos and it heats it up within a few minutes. Expensive - yes - but it's been worth every penny for me to enjoy hot tea every day.

Bought this for my wife as I’m not a coffee or tea drinker. She likes it but the battery life doesn’t last long at all. I think it’s rated at 80 minutes and that might be on a good day. She just moved the base to her desk and it pretty much stays on there all the time.

Purchased this for my wife who has a unnerving habit of constantly reheating her coffee in the microwave. Seeing that she's a cancer survivor I was concerned for her health. She's not very tech so it took her awhile to set it up but now she loves it and wants one to have at work, if she ever gets back to the office (COVID).

Two full years of being a dad and I can finally have a hot coffee. Buy one for home and one for work.

The Ember mug is perfectly as advertised! The coffee and tea stay warm up to 90 minutes. The app is user friendly. No more warming up cold coffee and perfect for any coffee or tea drinker!!!

When I first saw these, I thought that they are absurdly priced for its purpose. I have been trying to cut my caffeine intake and thought that this would help — and it did! This allowed me to lower my cups from 5+ a day to 2! All because my coffee stays hot even if I forget about it because i get busy working. The app allows you to control the mug and set to a specific temperature you like. The mug is well built but is NOT dishwasher safe. It is ceramic coated so it doesnt affect the taste of your drinks.

Bought this for my partner who would microwave her coffee and tea every 5 minutes. Easy to use, good app, and shes happy. Expensive, but is perfect for the perfect person.

Been wanting to get this and glad I decided to finally make the purchase, always tend to leave coffee to get cold now don’t want to worry about it anymore!

This is my second Ember cup. Matter fact, I loved mine so much that I knew my husband would enjoy it and this was his Christmas present this year.

Love this mug. Perfect for working from home or in the office. Keeps coffee at the perfect temperatures and the app allows you to specify drink type, ounces, and even room for cream!

Excellent smart mug. Works really great to keep my coffee warm at the perfect temperature at my desk. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the battery life could be a little better. I did get around that by plugging in the coaster on my desk.

Great for one hour of hot coffee if not using the charging base. Most of the time this is more than sufficient. The downside is that after that hour, the mug requires 2 hours of time on the base to recharge. Ideally, it works better ON the base, but I don't have the room just yet (working on that).

I absolutely love this mug! I don’t have to worry about my coffee getting cold after I make it. The app shows you the temperature and you can adjust it. Now I can get rid of all my other mugs!

What's there to say? I have several Ember cups. All perform exceedingly well. This is my newest. It's an exclusive blue color. I believe this is a Bestbuy only model. So, yeah, It's a no brainer. You get a one-of-a-kind color of an excellent item. So get it already.

Didn’t think I would enjoy using this cup but it truly keep your coffee hot from the moment your pour your coffee to this cup until hours later

Great coffee cup…Fast charging and easy to use with app… love it!

Love it and use it several times a day. (8am-9pm). The reason I gave it 4 stars; The app could be better, the light on the cup could be more intuitive, and battery life could be better (1.5 hrs without charging).

I LOVE MY MUG! Never another cup of hot coffee! I have the white model and it did stain a bit in the bottom, but I love the way it functions and I can select my temperature from the app. Excellent product.
