Keeps my coffee and cacao the perfect drinking temperature. I have it in my favorite color. I have had no charging problems. I like it so well, that I’m getting another one.

No kore microwaving it 20x a morning bc I leave it sitting while running around! I also got the lid separately and that is a must I prolongs the battery life so much!!

I have two issues, one of which may be a user issue. I wish I could keep my beverages a little hotter than the mug allows. The second issue is the app is horrible. I have issues updating, and I have to reset the connection between the mug and the app several times a week. I almost returned the mug, but I have decided to live with the problems in hopes the Ember app will improve over time.
