Mug not heating up after a little over a year

It keeps saying 'Empty' and stop working. Emailed customer service and it went nowhere, asking the same questions over and over again even though I've answered them. Very dissapointed.

Pleasantly surprised, but poor software

In reality, I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase because it lets me enjoy my hot drinks for much much longer than I normally would. The only issue I have with this product is that the Ember software is pretty annoying to setup properly. Pro tip for Google phone/Android users: to properly pair your Ember mug with your phone, connect it via Bluetooth FIRST and THEN connect using the app.

I do love the travel mug if you keep it on the charger,

Cool mug

Didn’t last, couldn’t be returned

It was a Christmas gift and quit working on Feb 1. The return period had already expired. For the price they charge that is totally unacceptable to me. Don’t waste your money!!

Terrible customer service!

I had a defective charging base. I contacted customer service three times by email, by web and by phone with NO respose! The charging base gets moisture in it and the little springs break.
