Great mug, keeps drinks warm. I wish the battery life was longer - better to use the phone's setting during the initial set up to link to bluetooth rather than the app. I bought a few for myself and family while it was on sale - not sure if it's worth it at full price.

This mug has been a morning game-changer. As a writer, I am constantly pouring coffee to have it sit for too long. This mug keeps my coffee at a perfect temperature for hours! Easy to clean, durable, and comfortable to hold.

Bought this as a Christmas present for my spouse who loves to savor coffee or bone broth as he works at his desk. He reports that the cup keeps his fuel warm at the right temperature for hours. He did note that off the electric plate however the battery won't last long. He keeps the charging plate and cup by his computer.

This cup is not for everybody. My wife likes her coffee hot and she is very happy with this product. It does require daily charging, so it takes some effort. If your priority is hot coffee, this is your product.

I love my Ember mug, but there are a few things you need to know. First, it has difficulties pairing with some phones. Check their website if you have any problems. Second, once your mug is set to a certain temperature it will keep that setting until you change it. You don't need to pair it with your phone every time you use it. When you turn it on it will go to the last temperature set. And finally, the application is okay, but I have never been able to install any updates. It goes through the process, but fails and disconnects from the application. The only thing I do is push the update notifications away and I just keep using the default application. It works just fine without updating the application and it's not a problem at all. It is nice to have a hot cup of coffee at your fingertips especially during the colder weather. You can enjoy it at your leisure and every sip is just as hot as the first. I would recommend this to people who who hate warming up their coffee over and over again because it gets cold. Enjoy!

I'm the type of person I have to experience and see something for myself. I'm a believer! This mug does everything it's suppose to do. I treated myself to this as a Christmas gift and I'm very happy with my purchase. I have taken advantage of the sales around this time of year and I'm have purchase 3 different colors. It's a winner in my eyes!

Want to preface this by saying this isn’t paid: Everything is amazingly engineered. Amazing mouthfeel, the handle is super ergonomic, diameter of the mug is perfect to hold. Great texture. Thought the tech mug thing would make it super bulky but I was totally wrong, only as bulky as any other mug. Comfortably heavy, overall elegant feel, and of course performs the task it’s designed for well, the app is great and temperature choice is so cool. Was a bit skeptical of the price but I often leave hot drinks unfinished, bought it and it exceeded every expectation and was for sure worth the money. Buy it.

Works great - keeps drinks just the right temperature. Battery life could be longer, but that’s a minor quibble. Easy to clean. Setting up the app was simple.

I bought two of these as a gift and they absolutely loved it. It was super easy to set up and keeps your drink the perfect temperature. Would recommend!

Takes over a half an hour to fully charge. However, a partial charge will do for a quick cup of coffer. It doesn't hold a charge. Fully charged it at night and had to recharge it again the next morning. Could access the app to regulate the temperature setting. Factory setting however is ok.

Wife loves the mug. She likes it on the hottest setting, so only stays hot for about an hour. OK for the first couple cups. Wondering if she can get a second charging tray

I purchased this 14oz cup expecting it to hold 12oz of coffee plus 2 packs of sweetener and 1 tbsp of creamer that I drink daily. It doesn't hold 12oz although it is supposed to hold 14oz. If you need a cup that can hold 8 -10 oz then this 14oz capacity cup is the one you should buy. I can only imagine how disappointed buyers who have purchased the smaller size cups are. It gets 3 stars because it does keep your beverage warm (not hot).

Easy to wash, not too heavy to hold or pick up, and the handle is comfortable on the fingers. This is a really great addition to my kitchen.

I love this cup! I waited to buy one because it is definitely a splurge, but to have hot coffee throughout the morning without constantly warming it up in the microwave is huge to me. I can sit on the back porch or work at my desk and savor my piping hot coffee as long as I like. What a treat!

I received this as a gift. I loved it when I first got it. I've had this for a few months now. I use it everyday. It cannot keep my beverage hot for more than 30 minutes. I have had multiple connectivity issues with current bluetooth. The entire website is mainly about troubleshooting connectivity. The battery no longer holds a charge. It has to sit on the dish full time so that it can heat something up. This is a ridiculous waste of money and is probably a few generations behind what it should be. Other than that the build of the mug itself is amazing. You just can't put it in your dishwasher or submerge it underwater and it has to be hand washed everyday. I would not have paid $140 for this. What a joke. Every time I try to upload a picture of this failed mug the website is telling me unsuccessful. How hard is it to auto upload a photo BB?

Can’t imagine my coffee life without my ember. The 14 oz really holds 12 oz (which is the largest size on my keurig).

Works perfectly, lots of fun. PhD student loves it.

For me, this mug dies exactly what ghe advertise. I have not had any of the app issues people are stating in the reviews. I do have the apple phone and it connects for me everyday without issue. The temp does adjust to how i set it.. keeps it hot. We did have one cup flake a bit but ember replaced it without any issues and so far this kne is not flaking. I have purchsed about 5 of these for family and friends and they are not having any issues.

this is my favorite thing now! I was the kind of person that heated up my coffee or tea 10 times before finishing it. those days are over. this thing works perfectly and I am obsessed with it now! if you like hot coffee or tea just get it don't even think twice! this only comes in second on my best invention ever list because my Bose sleep buds are #1- the only way I can sleep w a snoring partner.
