Got it for my husband as a Christmas gift, he completely loves it!! Said this was the best xmas present. Very easy to use and set up app.

There is no better way to enjoy my favorite cup of coffee than for it to be the perfect temperature for as long as I want to leisurely sip.

Got this as a gift for the wife who enjoys hot coffee all the time. She has indicated it has kept her coffe hot and at a constant temp.

A little hard to set up and figure out the lights. But very nice quality and keeps your hot drink at the set temp.

Better than expected. Thought I read somewhere that mentioned battery life at 2 hours .... that appears to be a stretch.

This is absolutely my favorite coffee & Tea mug!!! It steeps tea as well. It will save your favorite temperature of your drinks too.

I've purchased several Ember mugs over the last 2 years and really liked the mug and how it kept my tea hot for a long period of time. But inevitably, as with any technology driven product, you will run into issues and when that happens, their customer support is frustratingly slow to respond. I ran into an issue with the charging coaster. It took their customer support 2 weeks just to get back to me and request serial number and photos, and after quickly providing that information to them, it took another two weeks for them to request the same information from me again and finally a month after that for them to offer to send a replacement coaster. It's really a shame that Ember doesn't seem to understand the importance of providing great customer support especially considering the price point for their products. They have forever lost a loyal customer in me, as I will never purchase another Ember product if I can't count on timely, effective responses from Customer Service.

My husband has been wanting this mug for the longest time, but couldn’t justify buying it for himself. We recently had a baby and after I took my maternity leave, he took his paternity leave and all parents know — you get used to drinking you coffee like warm after a certain point. I got this for him so that he could continue to enjoy drinking hot coffee. He used it every day and loves it! Worth every penny, might have to get one for myself now.

If you want to savor your hot drinks, this is Perfect! No more getting up to re- warm your coffee or tea.

Hot coffee all the way to the last drop. My microwave misses me. Such a treat to have the coffee stay hot. A splurge for sure, but highly recommend. I have not downloaded the app - comes programmed at 130 degrees, which works perfect for me. What an unexpected treat.
