I know she likes hot coffee so I surprised her with this so her coffee will always be hot, and she is thrilled with the results, saying she never realized how much she missed having a hot cup of coffee during the day.

It keeps my coffee warm down to the last drop. I love that I can set the temperature to the level that I like. I definitely do not regret my purchase. Also, I was very impressed with how fast Best Buy delivered - next day!

It is a wonderful product that provides and keeps my Americano hot. HOWEVER! As much as I LOVE this mug there is a huge flaw of this mug. The battery life. The purpose of this mug is to keep my coffee hot for a long period of time… but when the battery life of my mug is like an hour, it doesn’t last as long as it should. Basically you have to keep it on the charger otherwise it will die quickly and you just have a $100 mug. So in conclusion. AWESOME product that when it has battery, works amazing. It just doesn’t last long enough on a charge!

By far the best gift I've ever had. It surprised me how much I love this new cup. Not only does my coffee not get cold as I move around the house, even when I'm using it at my desk keeping it on the charger, this cup let's me enjoy that cup even more. All the typical changes in temperature you don't even realize you've gotten used to in a cup of coffee are just gone. I promise you'll love it.
