Purchased for my wife that only drinks her coffee when its hot. She really enjoys this mug and its value. Easy to use.

My wife loves this mug as it keeps her drinks at the temp that she wants them at and it's a sleek looking mug as well.

The app is extremely user friendly (way better than other competiters), easily control temps with the click of a button. Only downside is you may have to clean the base if you are messy like me. Luckily charging base is super easy to clean. Love the blue color. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a nice quality item, looks good, feels good, works good. My first one still going strong after a little over two years. On high the battery lasts 30+ minutes. On the charging saucer it maintains heat all day. Not sure if the battery is replaceable.

Got it for the wife for mothers day. She loves her coffee crazy hot and this cup keeps out that way. Having trouble connecting on the app, but the cup still works

I never knew I liked my coffee consistently hot until I had this mug. Now when I’m not using it, I noticed the temperature declining without it. I absolutely love it! Super convenient. Have bought a second one for my office. 

As i was in my nook reading a book i took a sip of my coffee. As it moistened my lips with a great chill i knew i needed to find the perfect solution to keeping my coffee always at 125 degrees. I thought to myself, hey my microwave can do that. But nay, i am not a mere peasant and thought out of the box. In fact my thoughts took me to a giant box called Best Buy where i was directed to this beautiful device.

Overall it is a great mug, Seems like I had to keep it on the coast at all times to keep the battery going, I could only get an hour or something out of it. Also seemed like it took awhile to charge. If you can keep it on the charger most of the time you'll be okay. I also wish it was more durable. I have heard alot of people chipped theirs and I am trying not to do that, so I have to be careful with it.

Dare I say you should not buy one of these ember coffee mugs? why would I say that? Because I am drinking so much coffee it is pouring out my ears! When I had the old style coaster heater it took me 45 minutes to drink a cup of coffee. The temperature fluctuated to too hot to not hot enough but it stopped the coffee from getting cold. My coffee is so utterly delicious that I am now drinking, since I used it the last two days, twice as much coffee each day as I usually do. This mug is absolutely AMAZING! Buy one for yourself at your own risk!!!!!

I really like this mug and use it every day. It's nice that your coffee stays hot. I'd give it 5 stars, but even at $50 off, it's really expensive. I'm sure that with all the technology built into it, it's worth it, but it's still an extravagance.

14oz is the way to go. No more having to go back and top off the cup just to keep your coffee warm. Stays at the temp you set all the way to the last drop.

Love this mug. For those that like a hot cup of coffee or tea with out constantly heatingbin the microwave this cup is gor. I truly do not know how i have lived with out it. Best buy customer service is 100% awesome Get it you will love it.

Since my family got me one of these for Father's Day a couple years ago I can't use anything else. I usually drink coffer throughout the day, and I nurse it. That normally means cold coffee, but this thing is the answer to that, My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last that long (keep a charge plat near) and if you use metal spoons to stir you will damage the ceramic coating on the cup. I have gone through three of these now, but I won't live without it.

Bought a a gift. I drink my coffee before it gets cold but the recipient does not so this is a perfect gift, especially on sale.

This is a must for anyone who microwaves their coffee 2-3 times before they finish it. It’s also a perfect gift because it’s one of those things that you wouldn’t buy for yourself, but you would love to own. I also feel like a baller whenever anyone asks me about it at work.
