Very elegant and easy to use mug. Only minor complaint is that I wish the battery would last a little longer. I set my coffee at 137 and it keeps it hot for over an hour off the charging base.

I haven't used anything else for my Chai Lattes since I got this mug. It keeps my latte warm all evening...no longer have to re-heat in the microwave when it gets too cool. Perfect for me! Might have to get another one for my regular and herbal teas!!!

This mug is wonderful. Every cup of coffee stays at just the right temperature and the cup recharges quickly. Took one star off because it will not stay linked to the Ember app.

Let's be honest - the vast majority of people don't need anything like this and it's very expensive for a coffee mug. But I'd be lying if I said I didn't love having it. It's user friendly and just works. Come back an hour later and your coffee is still at that perfect temperature without the burnt flavor you get from other coffee warmers. I do wish it used a wireless charging solution to improve water resistance, and I think a 16-18 oz size would work better. (Note that while it's 14 oz, it's really more like 12 oz of usable space unless you fill it to the brim) It's also worth mentioning that the last few sips can sometimes get much hotter, but that's just because there is so little liquid left so any heat added will jump the temperature more. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance.

The cup is small and it’s easy to use, but the battery life is not as long as I would like for it to be. Overall, it was a good purchase though for the cost.

If you or a loved one are a hot beverage drinker, this is the best gift ever. I know, you are probably thinking...$150 for a mug is insane. But it's an indescribable joy. Hot coffee. For the whole cup. And for those of you who say you don't have this problem, you probably do and don't even realize it. Because this is piping hot, the whole time. Not just kind of lukewarm when you get to the bottom of the cup. Your last sip is just as good as the first. It's a great gift. It's expensive, but it's a luxury that I don't regret having in my life.

I like to size and look of this smart mug. Plan to use near charging source if plan to drink more than 2 cups away from charger, as it does not keep beverage heated for longer periods of time. Can definitely sip a couple cups casually.

Purchased for my wife and she loves it. It is Elasy to use and works as advertised. A teally great product for those who don't want their hot drink getting cold.

I bought this as a gift and she loves it. She keeps it at a decent temp and it lasts about an hour. For her that is perfect for others that may not be enough time.

Got this for my wife as a Christmas present. It does a nice job of keeping her coffee warm. Kind of expensive, but it's definitely a "luxury" item. After a few months of use the mug is still in great shape and has held up well to sink washes.

My wife loves her cup, this is the second one that i have bought from Best Buy. She accidentally microwaved the first one (I strongly recommend you don't do this - lol). But the cups work great and the store was helpful.

Love it. Easy to keep clean and the dark color doesn't show stains.

I wasn’t sure if I would actually use this but I use it everyday at work!! I set my temperature on the app & I don’t have to worry about my coffee getting cold!

This mug is amazing! I love that my coffee stays hot without scorching it no matter how long I am distracted from it. My only thing is that the battery life could be better. But for me it's no problem as I have my charging coaster right where I sit in the morning.

Awesome self regulating mug keeps your warm drinks warm to temp you like for a long time. Well worth it wish it came with two charging coasters. App makes easy setup and pushes out firmware updates to yes a mug.

When the package says to start at 135°, believe it. The cup and coaster are great for the work-at-homer, it’s not overly large and bulky. The cup has a nice weight to it but, is not to heavy when filled with liquid. Overall, I would purchase this again as a gift

Everything works except the firmware update. I've worked with Ember support and completed all the normal steps like uninstalling & reinstalling the app, clearing cache & data, re-pairing the device. All that works fine. It's just the firmware update that continually fails, and Ember said this is a "Bluetooth Connectivity Problem" and are not covered under warranty. Their responses include: "Connectivity issues are not covered under our one year warranty and we can only offer troubleshooting tips. " and "If these troubleshooting recommendations do not work then there is nothing else that we can do as these issues are not covered under warranty." I asked how they determine this to be a "Bluetooth Connectivity Problem" and not a Mobile App or Firmware problem, and they simply restated their policy that states Connectivity is not covered under their warranty. I gave it a 2-star review because at the moment, the mug itself works fine. At some point, however, as their app gets updated, there's the real possibility that the normal operations, such as reading and setting the temperature, will no longer work with the mug due to the App - Firmware mismatch. This is a surprisingly poor customer service policy for an expensive coffee mug.
