I like that it keeps the liquid warm for a long time at the temperature of my choosing. It unfortunately has connectivity issues and the app needs to be reloaded to connect.

Keeps coffee the perfect temp for hours! Can select the ideal temp you like and remains that way for hours. Also has a customizable led light in the event you have more than one mug.

Got it for my mom for her birthday and it's amazing. I love coffee and use this one more than my Stanley now because it stays hotter

Works just as great as advertised. Getting busy in the morning and still having hot coffee throughout the morning is really amazing. It’s not a big deal to make sure it’s charged every day, totally worth it.

Wife loves it. But it's mainly for if you drink your coffee just black with sugar. We have learned that if you have cream or half/half, it will basically cook and you will have a skim on top. Great though. Would personally get the Ember2 so you could set your own temp. This holds true and keeps it hot for around 80min.

Got this for my mom and she loves it. She is a hot coffee drinker and she can nurse one cup of coffee for hours. This keeps her coffee warm all day. I bought this when it was on sale but I’d probably buy it at full price. I recommend this product. The app is pretty user friendly. My mom is in her 70s and has no problem using the app.

This product has been perfect for my wfh situation. It helps maintain coffee and tea warm over extended period of times.

Great mug. Works to keep coffee at 135 deg or your preference. Before I had to run to the microwave multiple times to keep my coffee hot. I like to slowly enjoy my coffee. Since Starbucks will not allow thermal mugs anymore, this replaces that and better. Enjoy your coffee 100%

I bought this item for my wife. She absolutely loves it. She loves the shape of the cup and the fact it's not heavy considering the technology. Her favorite function is that she can control the temperature from her phone app.

Awesome product, I cant believe how great this coffee mug is for when you want to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee but also stay busy and not let my coffee get cold.

Ember mug works great & keeps liquid desired temperature. but occasionally mug doesn’t connect to phone/app. That’s the only reason I gave it a 4. I believe it is a app or technology update issue however.

Whoever invented the Ember mug is a genius! It has changed my coffee-drinking life, because I love my coffee hot! This product is not a luxury for me, it's a necessity!!! The only drawback is that it is not dishwasher-proof. You also can't put in a microwave, but you don't need to because it keeps your coffee so hot.

My wife likes HOT coffee. She is amazed that this cup solves the problem of running back and forth to the microwave oven. About the cost: if she's happy, l'm happy.

Work great but after a couple week tge small prongs that sit on the charger stopped popping out so it stopped charging

Purchased this item for my wife as a gift, she absolutely loves it. The mug keeps her coffee warm much longer than any other coffee mug.

I love the Ember mugs. It keeps your coffee hot and you can control the temperature from your phone. The only problem I've had with it is that it sometimes disconnects from Bluetooth ...and can take more than one step to reconnect. Other than that; it's a great mug!

I got this mug this ember mug for my husband last year for christmas. Retired veteran he loves his coffee. This cup keeps his coffee at the perfect temperature for hours he loves it!
