The base broke after 6 months and the company will not support the warrant process. They allow you to file a claim online and then ignore it and never respond. You will not be able to replace the base (pins) when it goes bad. It's a flaw in the design and they know it. Read the reviews on their Facebook page. All customers are very upset.

Max temperature is ridiculous

And, even worse, the max. temperature is 145! I want the cup to keep the drink HOT, not just very warm. I regret buying it. And it was a birthday present from my mom. :(

Wife loves it

I did buy a silicone lid off Amazon that held to extend battery life because it traps the heat in. It has a default heat and you can turn it up in the app. I think they are a little expensive for what they are but I bought it on sale.

The 3 hour advertised hearing is on the lowest temperature. It can keep coffee hot for no more than 1 hour and 45 minutes. App hardly works. Required constant resyncing
