This raises serious concerns for me about potential toxin exposure, as I may have unknowingly ingested harmful materials. I reached out to the company with hopes of a responsible resolution—specifically requesting a replacement mug made of stainless steel or another safer, more durable material. Instead, I was offered only $32 toward the purchase of another expensive mug that could very well chip again. This response felt inadequate and dismissive, especially given the potential health risks. TOXIN ALERT – I urge others to think twice before purchasing an Ember Mug until these issues are properly addressed. Product safety and customer health should be the top priority.

As it moistened my lips with a great chill i knew i needed to find the perfect solution to keeping my coffee always at 125 degrees. I thought to myself, hey my microwave can do that. But nay, i am not a mere peasant and thought out of the box. In fact my thoughts took me to a giant box called Best Buy where i was directed to this beautiful device.

Only downside is you may have to clean the base if you are messy like me. Luckily charging base is super easy to clean. Love the blue color. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My first use really caught me off guard when 30 mins later it was still perfect temperature. Beyond the obvious, the app has many more features like timers for different teas, temps for different beverages, and recipes. Its way more than a mug.
