She is a nursing student and right now a lot of instruction is online. She doesn't have to worry about cold coffee while in class and she can enjoy it from a regular mug rather than a travel mug!

Great mug, maybe not for everyone

Pricy for a mug but I guess you want to control it over Bluetooth, you gotta pay the price for it.

Great concept and cup

We like our tea hot, only exception is Iced Tea so we are Really Enjoying this mug, great idea and hope it lasts a Really long time. Actually considering getting another!!

Works well, not perfect

This has worked well for the last 5-6 months, but the battery life is not as good as I thought it would be, and I am never happy when I have to an add an app to a phone to make something function.

I got the Travel Mug2 first. And love it. The support from Ember is amazing should you need it. I had a bad lid thta they replaced for free. Just had to call them. This cup I just bought is for use while at home. I cannot emphasis enough how nice it is to have a quality product like this to help me enjoy my morning joe. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. thanks best buy and thanks ember.

Keeps beverages exactly the temp you want. Put your coffee cup aside and come back and want hot coffee, no problem with this mug

The first seems to working OK but it is white and terribly stained from coffee. I followed instructions for cleaning but it is still brown on the inside. The second was blue and I thought that would look better being a dark color. Unfortunately the blue one would not maintain temperature when half full so sent it back. I like the idea of keeping beverages hot but it is s high price to buy. Check out its performance while you can take it back.
