No kore microwaving it 20x a morning bc I leave it sitting while running around! I also got the lid separately and that is a must I prolongs the battery life so much!!

The set up is a bit confusing but once you get it going its one of those creature comforts you wont want to give up

These things are amazing for the person who likes their coffee hot and sips on it over some amount of time. Cups work great, keep charge for at least 2 hrs usually and they look great.

Haven't been able to update the mug since getting it but doesn't stop me from using it.

No issues with chipping as other reviews have stated, but I've keep very good care of it.
