Best thing I've ever bought

I absolutely love this mug! It works perfectly. The hour battery life is great for when I need to step away from my desk. And the mug is nonstick so it's so easy to clean. Ive had whipped cream in my mug a couple times and it washed off super easy in just a couple minutes. Buy this mug!

Will buy again in the future if there is an update or a different version.

Ive gotten more comfortable using the app, but the functionality being tied to the app is annoying.

Great Mug But The Absolute Worst Alp

The mug works but when you're spending $130 on a mug, the app needs to work too (and it doesn't). I gave it 2 stars because even when the app doesn't work, which is all the time, the mug will still keep your drink set at 135 degrees. However, I need to delete and reinstall the app everytime I use the mug because it'll freeze up and won't connect to your mug. I can have the mug off and app will display that it's connected and at 175 degrees when the mug is cool to the touch. It'll say my battery level is - 1% when fully charged. And this is when the app actually opens up and doesn't crash when trying to load. It is, without question, the most frustrating app I've ever used. I'd return the mug if this wasn't a gift. Figure this out, Ember.
