    After a little after a year, the mug fails to detect my hot coffee. It keeps saying 'Empty' and stop working. Emailed customer service and it went nowhere, asking the same questions over and over again even though I've answered them. Very dissapointed.

    I love the mug, but there is no customer service. I had a defective charging base. I contacted customer service three times by email, by web and by phone with NO respose! The charging base gets moisture in it and the little springs break.
