She has been wanting one for a pretty long time. Seen a few reviews showing that the interior coating coming off and my only guess for the reason for that is that maybe they used a frother. Anyways this only gets hand washed and it is performing like an absolute champ. Do wish that they had a 20oz that was not the tumbler though.

By far the best gift I've ever had. It surprised me how much I love this new cup. Not only does my coffee not get cold as I move around the house, even when I'm using it at my desk keeping it on the charger, this cup let's me enjoy that cup even more. All the typical changes in temperature you don't even realize you've gotten used to in a cup of coffee are just gone. I promise you'll love it.

This is my fourth one and I've been happy with all of them. They are great if you're not the type to drink your coffee fast, they keep it warm for a couple of hours, or all day if you have it on the charging coaster. I highly recommend them. A little expensive when not on sale though

I can't tell you how many times I get pulled away, come back and my coffe is cold. I decided to buy this cup and I do not regret it. I can come back an hout later and my coffe is just as hot as the first sip. I nolonger am throwing out 1/2 cup of coffee. Loved it so much bought one for my Sister - she loves it jst as much!!

There are plenty of times I was unable to finish my morning latte and I would just end up drinking it cold or like warm. But after getting this mug I can now enjoy it warm all the way until the end.

It has performed perfectly for her in about a dozen uses thus far. This size is definitely worth it over the 10oz option. It is expensive for a cup, yes, but a wonderful way to keep hot drinks at the perfect temperature. I was able to get it on sale at $100, and that's the price I would wait for again.

But it is yet another electronic and luxury device. It requires careful cleaning and handling (no dishwasher, avoid getting bottom wet), and electricity. It is not for everyone. There are other ways to prevent cold coffee. That said, I use it every day.
